Employee at desk said what size kia has 2 sizes depending on car. I borrowed a tape measure and came back in with the dimensions. Was only gone for less than a minute and the employee helping me disappeared. Another employee was helping a customer at the front desk. I was pressed for time waiting for help. Saw two other employees stocking shelves. They can only help one customer at a time wtf? Small selection of windshield wipers and the mark up is ridiculous. I bought new wipers online no hassle. Would never go back to that place again.

Sent my 1985 Silverado up here to have some work done as they were referred by the company that makes the fuel injection system I was using. What started as a small job turned into an entire rebuild of the truck including the entire drivetrain. It took them FOUR years and my truck still wasn't finished. Paid for working AC. Had to take it to a local shop to get my AC working. They were supposed to replace my front windshield. Nope. Had to get that done locally also. After getting the truck back from them, it broke down twice. First time... water pump went. They came and got the truck and a month later, truck came back fixed. The day after getting it back, it broke down AGAIN, this time, causing significant damage as the rear wheel fell off. Again, the truck went back up to SAS (on my dime) to be repaired again. They fixed the truck again; and fixed it poorly. The wheel falling off caused some body damage that was repaired poorly.. I've added pictures of the paint and body work that was done to the truck. For what this cost, I'm thoroughly upset with what I got. They were supposed to get me touch-up paint for the terrible paint job on the truck. 3 months later and I still don't have the touch-up paint. They did a lot of body work and paint to the truck. Yet they didn't replace the rear tailgate panel. So I have a freshly painted truck with a dented up tailgate. Now... it's been about 3 months since I got the truck back the second time and it's running horrible. I've had nothing but problems with this truck and I feel it wasn't built for me... they built and painted how they wanted the truck. I wanted the truck to be a manual transmission. They talked me out of it because it was supposedly going to be extremely expensive and they didn't make the parts. After some minimal research, they do make all the parts and it shouldn't have cost anymore money. After all I went through with the truck, the time it took to be built, the cost incurred, having it turn out not how I wanted.... I feel like I was taken advantage of. I never questioned a bill or any cost whatsoever. Now I'm stuck with a truck I'm not happy with, I can't sell and that runs like garbage. I'm forced to incur more money in repairs because I'll have to take it elsewhere. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this shop at all.

Then once you've been suckered in, nothing is available , nothing is possible to do that you originally agreed to, everything is "unfortunately..." then the Steve gives you the hour long speech about how everything is garbage on your existing vehicle and how they need to gut the entire car and then it's 5+ years at $80,000 - $120,000 a year. All started with leaking fluid on an engine they built. He then forgot he built it, told me it was garbage and needed to be replaced, then proceeded to tell me the transmission was no good and then the whole car needed to be rebuilt. Finally when you've had enough and try to cut the cord he will literally laugh in your face and point out someone else's car and tell you the other person has double what you spent on yours. Then he ignores you when you try to pick up your car, hardware missing, things damaged. I too never once questioned a bill or the need to do it their way or anything until nothing got finished. Multiple times i would pay for the same thing that was "done" but wasn't . He will not give receipts for anything that states actually what he did. All I've ever gotten was "parts and labor" written on them. But you ask him what parts he can't tell you. He says he's putting in expensive parts , only to find out they are no name cheap parts from China. Nothing ever has a Warranty he sells you either. He tells you , you have to pay for the labor again, the parts again, he tells you he didn't do the installation the first time. Tells you about how he knows all the police since they painted a police hummer, as an intimidation tactic i think. This business honestly shouldn't be allowed to operate and should be put on scam alert. I've already spent well over 10k fixing the motor he "completed". He builds things how he wants to build them with no regards for what you want as the customer. He also talked me out of manual transmission and forced me to automatic. He destroyed another person i knows car also. He charges you for "shipping" , forgets to order parts then tells you it's your fault. Just a huge disappointment. Please don't be taken advantage by these people. They are like a poisonous toad. Looks all fun and inviting, will kill your hopes , destroy your dreams and suck every last penny out of you without a second thought. It's such a shame people like this exist. If they would just do the job right , they'd be rich the right way . No one deserves to be scammed.

Brought my girlfriend's 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for a routine oil change and they destroyed…read morethe engine. They forgot to reinstall a pressure relief/oil valve, so the engine got no oil circulation and blew. She ended up stranded in the middle of a two-lane road. Brand new vehicle, catastrophic damage -- from an oil change. Even worse was the response: no urgency, no help with the tow, no rental assistance, and no reimbursement for missed work not even an offer to reimburse the god damn oil change that ruined her vehicle . We had to figure everything out ourselves while they dragged their feet. We didn't want to go the legal route we had hoped a business would just make things right but that is far from the case . An oil change should never turn into a blown motor. I wouldn't trust this shop with a lawnmower.
