However, due to the coronavirus, they were not doing any battery testing outside. I am not a car person and did not know how to remove my battery. They refused to help in any type. So I went down to Auto Zone. Here they were willing to not only test my battery but to replace it if necessary. I was pleased. When I got there, the attendant came out to test the battery and seen corrosion on the battery connectors. He informed me that the corrosion could be causing my battery problems. He went back into the store to get some cleaning supplies and came and did an amazing cleaning of my battery to remove all of the corrosion. Afterward, the car started with no problems. This was after jump starting it multiple times just to get to AutoZone. Now, it was starting up. He saved me money and earned my loyalty to AutoZone. I won't be shopping at any other car supply store. I wish I could remember the worker name, think it was Mike. He was super friendly and knowledgable. Thank you AutoZone and Mike.
