When we got the title paperwork they changed my name to the incorrect name they'd had for my wife so they were both wrong. Had to get in contact with a manager, which took several days for some reason. They were very unhelpful and unapologetic about the whole thing, would not recommend.

Sutherland's was bought out by Vest auto repair. I went to the dealership and asked about a…read moretransmission fluid change and they said $300. Vest said about $130. Well when I went in they found that an old gear box that I had run over at night had knocked a hole in my transmission pan. They ordered a new pan and put it on, changed the fluid and charged me $275. still $25. cheaper than what the dealership wanted for just the fluid change. I also had some brake work done and it seems they might not be quite right. But I'm 100% sure if I call them and explain to them that something might be going on they will straighten it out. It might be where I don't have new brakes on the rear too.

We live in a very rural and wooded area of Hocking County back several gravel roads. When our car…read moreslid off the road into 12 inches of snow at night, we had a terrible time getting a tow truck to come out because the roads had been plowed, but weren't salted or dry like the county roads. Thankfully we were right near the house and this morning started calling around again. Finally someone we called said "Oh I know right where you're at, you need Tony." Tony came right out and had no trouble winching us back onto the road. He even made sure I made it back down my driveway safely. Very affordable!
