The intake hose was broken, the air filter was put in backwards was told while on the phone with corporate to replace the o2 sensors and everything else and pay for it, to send in the receipts for everything. We got called the next day saying they was at fault, and to go ahead and get everything and they would reimburse us. So we did and paid a mechanic to fix it. Then Neil the manger called being rude saying our mechanic was wrong and they wasnt paying for the 02 sensors (that they told us to replace) or paying for this and that. When we brought up we would contact a lawyer Neil decided to hang up on my mom. So far corporate hasn't been much help, and Neil the "long time mechanic " has been useless and rude. Please share!

Well when I went in they found that an old gear box that I had run over at night had knocked a hole in my transmission pan. They ordered a new pan and put it on, changed the fluid and charged me $275. still $25. cheaper than what the dealership wanted for just the fluid change. I also had some brake work done and it seems they might not be quite right. But I'm 100% sure if I call them and explain to them that something might be going on they will straighten it out. It might be where I don't have new brakes on the rear too.

We set another install appt. Car is taken. They check it in. Start strolling the store waiting for completion. 45 minutes later they text that the tires aren't there. Then no one would come talk to us. Having a hell of a time getting a refund.

One of the service workers smacked on the exhaust for no reason, the tire they took off they took it over and started looking at the tread, which was not needed due to only needing to see the break pads, not mess with the tires. After this husband asked them to put the tires back on it. They tightened the wheels too tight. Wheels now make a horrible loud noise while driving and car pulls hard to the right. Don't recommend them at all!! Unless you want your car back messed up :) my husband did call corporate and filed a complaint, they offered him another appointment, not sure why we would want to take our car to a company that has no respect or cares for your car at all.

I think the front desk guys name was Dillon who was fantastic and so helpful. I had a simple job that needed to be done, front headlight needed replaced.
