This is a world I was only peripherally aware of. And a street I've arguably never driven down…read more But I came. I saw. I bought. But of course, it wasn't that simple. Last week I went to see the Van Gogh Postman at the Albright. Heading home waiting at the Parkside/298 light I was tapped from behind. Not a lot of damage, but enough that it needs some TLC. Which took me to Northtown. Who looked at that damage and gave me an estimate for the othe drivers insurance. But then suggested I look for a trunk lid replacement instead of trying to fix some dents there (not caused by me or the tap from behind). Online we found this place actually had the piece we needed. In the right (not common) color. So that's how I found this part of William Street. The man who helped me is in the picture posted and he was great. And patient, talking to the novice that I am. Another man took me out through the yard - HUGE - to find the right car. This place is really interesting. That's why it's 5 stars. I can't really rate it compared to other similar places because I have no comparison points. But for "new to me" experiences it was up there. Not "bungee jumping" up there, but up there. They took the car part off and I came back to pick it up later. You pay before they take the part off. So they make sure you come back. They called to let me know it was ready and it was a super easy pickup. I have to say, this is a great way to replace standalone car parts. They don't install them, so I'll be driving with this part for a few days until I can get it installed. But ok. They don't take Amex. Which I consider to be close to a star loss issue, but given the sheer learnings ive has over the past few days, it's staying at 5 stars.

Be careful dealing 2060. They charge for paying with a credit card. More importantly they charge a…read more25% return fee!!!!!! I just got hit with a $550 return fee!!! I will call anybody BUT 2060 from now on!

After going to another auto place and had a not so willing female store clerk to put in a battery…read morefor me I called my go to place in another neighborhood to see if they could but a battery in my car! I needed it do now because i don't know if I had another start to my old one.he said come on down would be his 1st battery change! When I got there he knew me by the phone call and went outside to check my battery it was a sure thing that I needed a new one so I went inside to pay while my battery was being installed he even took time to clean my one terminal from corrosion .i learned it he wasn't new to working at auto zone he worked at the one near me for 3 years and at this one for 2 weeks. He will be an asset to this store he took very good care of me! He told me about different batteries I chose the one I needed he even checked my other starter components and was all good to go! All in 35 minutes something the other auto store wasn't willing to spend the time to do! Maybe I'll do a review about the little store that couldn't um we'll see

I arranged for someone to pick it up from their yard, and when they arrived, they sent me photos showing the part was damaged and left outside the yard. I immediately called Chad, and he promised to resolve the issue the next day when he returned to work. However, after multiple follow-ups, Chad completely ignored me. The only reason I placed the order with him again was because they owed me a credit from a year ago and never refunded my money. On top of that, I spent $350 to have the part delivered. Stay away from this junkyard--these people are truly unprofessional.

Ms. Simone was an immense help in helping me get my refund completed quickly (wrong part ordered by me) and most importantly obtaining a discontinued part (a rear windscreen for an 07 Kia Amanti) that was literally nowhere to be found in the U.S. but she managed to locate the only one available and arrange to have it shipped directly to my installers business in Augusta, GA. This was a six week ordeal and she was always pleasant and friendly to me every time I called or e-mailed her. These days it is rare to find someone who does what they say they are going to do and do so in a timely manner. She is a true asset to your company. My mother-in-law who is 85, was ecstatic to have her car back which made my wife extremely happy as she had become the chauffeur to her mother.
