Right off the bat questions I had were not answered and emails are about three sentences or less. Filled out and paid for tow, reduced fuel, full fuel. Right off the bat reduced fuel tune smoked like a freight train and turbo lagged a whole bunch. Tried the tow tune and same thing. Emailed them for revisions with more questions. Another three sentences and nothing answered. Not even offered revisions either. Not even 250 miles on the engine and oil is black as ink. No resolution from them just crickets. Went to another competitor and right from the start night and day difference. Custom made a tune and understood about breaking in the engine before dumping mass amounts of fuel into the engine with diluting the oil and washing out the cylinders. Like I couldn't believe how crappy the customer service is and how dirty the tunes are. If the engine was broken in it would be a different story but spending 25k just on the engine I won't be uploading that junk ever again. If you like a Smokey dirty tunes and think your really cool rolling coal then this is the place for you. I honestly want full potential of my power not blowing unburnt black diesel exhaust out my tail pipe. Place is just sad and in Texas for god sakes! I gave up and don't want any revision tuning from them. Waisted money all the way around for crap!

I visited Siegert Radiator shop in Bryan when I noticed my radiator was leaking. Usually I go to…read morePilger's on University Drive when my car has trouble/needs an oil change/etc. but when I brought it by with a radiator leak it had been raining heavily and they couldn't locate the leak. I decided it would be best to take it to a specialist. Upon arrival I wasn't sure if the shop was even open, and when I opened the door I was greeted with a dirty interior which would be perfect for an axe murderer to hide out. Thankfully I was met by a nice guy with an awesome mustache that told me he would take a look at my car and call me when it was fixed. About and hour and a half later I received a call saying my radiator had a small crack due to it missing grommets on the bottom (this was actually my fault when I changed my radiator myself a year ago and was in a hurry). For $274.98 I had a new radiator installed. I dropped my car off at 9:30am and picked it up with the new radiator at 2:30pm. When I went to pick up my car I was told the radiator came with a lifetime warranty as long as I held onto the receipt. Overall my experience with Siegert Radiator Shop was very positive and while I can dream of never having any car ever break down again I can rest assured that a good job will be done by the mechanics there when it inevitably does. I learned two things: First, changing your radiator is an easy task as long as you take the time to do it right. Second, when you screw it up take your car by Siegert Radiator Shop in Bryan, they'll do the job right and offer you a lifetime warranty.
