Someone finally came out with a sandwich in his hand and no mask on (while I was required to wear one) while another employee was heard cursing within hearing range of the counter! I have been to other Advance Auto Parts stores in NJ, this one was the best so far to patronize. But never at any point did he notify to tell me that he was sending a street mechanic to install & charge me. Street Mechanic Junior called me and when I asked what was fee, I was told there wasn't a fee, little did I know, once the street mechanic came and installed the starter he then told me he was charging me $150.00, which was never agreed on from my initial call with Steven from Advanced Auto which they were the ones that sent the mechanic! This was my first and last time ever doing business with Advanced Auto Parts. They scheme and are scammers. Even the manager Esmeralda was in on it! Then I got the run around and was even yelled at for asking for a receipt for the labor I paid for which I never received!, crazy. BE AWARE PEOPLE!!!
