I bought an AGM battery there about four years ago and it went dead and I took it back and they…read morereplaced it and I asked the guy how many months is this warranty good for he said as long as you own the battery we will replace it that was when he was giving me the replacement battery so I said you mean, I can bring it back anytime if it goes dead again he said yep. So when I called yesterday, March 27, 2025 I was told now that's wrong. That's the wrong information. Someone gave you the wrong information. Well that's a bunch of BS. They need to train their people that work there better because now I'm out almost $300 for a battery. It's been going dead ever since the first time I bought it and the second one was replaced. I charge it up in a month later it's dead recharge it in a month later it's dead. I just charge it again in one week. It was dead and this is the second battery so the lady said your warranty is only good for the first battery and the replacement is not warranty any more than the first one was so you can continue the warranty on the first one through the second one, but at the end of three months or however, long the warranty was that's the end of it when you get to that much Time then you're done with warranty. Anyway, I don't recommend buying anything from them from for a battery because no one explained that to me or I would not have asked and I would not have told them what the first guy and the second guy told me it was actually the second battery that guy is the one that told me if you look it up on their system, they could tell who it was, but they're not doing that either. It's OK if I spend my money there, I guess but we're not gonna train individuals so that they fully understand the warranty. I'll just go do my business somewhere else I don't care what the policy is on how the battery warranty is supposed to be I'm going by what I was told. You take my almost $300 but nobody spending it on training that's why you have one star in your rating's

We will just go by the date markings on top of the battery. They wouldn't even prorate the battery. They want me to pay full price for a new one. Rip off

I really wanted to go in and tell them to their face how useless they were but I'll just do it…read morehere. Last night my fiance drove up on business and broke down in Coloma Speedway. Being in the middle of no where and it being around 8 at night he called the closest parts store which was OReileys. My fiance, which we live in Joliet, Illinois right now tried to find a uber or Lyft to take him to get a part at a store about 10 minutes from him. No such luck. So he asked this store, which like I said is 10 minutes away from him, if they could bring it to him at the gas station he was broke down to and would be willing to pay extra. These "boys" said no they didnt have the manpower. Yup, right. So instead of doing something that would have been richly rewarded and actually act like a good human. Just decided hell no they wouldnt bother. So. I ended up driving an hour and a half from Chicago to rescue my husband that a simple 10 minute drive to drop a part off would have been pretty nice. So my fiance, was stranded till 11 PM last night till I got there. Good job Oreileys. You not only lost us but plenty of our biker friends as customers
