Every single time I walked in for something basic, a parade of expensive, unneeded repairs would magically pop up--including a rear wheel bearing job that independent verification and multiple mechanics confirmed was totally unnecessary, as the minor play described is entirely normal. To make matters worse, when they did my rear axle bearings, they handed the truck back with a service park light glowing on the dash, flat-out lied to my face claiming they "didn't touch the brakes," and three days later my rear left brake started spewing fluid from a botched assembly. When I called them out on it, they had it towed back, fixed it, and then tried to stick me with the bill, claiming it couldn't possibly be their fault because they "didn't touch the brakes"--even though doing rear axle bearings absolutely requires touching the brake system and parking brake system. To top it all off, their paperwork claimed my front passenger-side inner tie rod needed immediate replacement. I brought the truck to a couple of other 11 to have it looked at, and all of them said there was no issues whatsoever--proving KG's write-up was completely fabricated. If you go here, expect simple maintenance to be inflated into a multi-thousand-dollar farce. Do yourself a favor, save your wallet, and take your business anywhere else.

They also looked at my air conditioning, but the air conditioning was not serviced. I drove off their lot and onto South Main St. Athol to rt. 2 heading east to Leomimser, MA, on my return trip from Leomimser on rt 2 west the car had no power. I sat in my car on rt. 2 waiting for AAA, for an hour and 15 min. Then I received a called from MA state police, the state police officer said my car must be towed. State police called T.J. & Sons auto repair and towing 537 West Broadway Gardner, MA and they towed my car to 216-218 Mill St Gardner, MA Duval garage. Mechanic Cody Duval checked over my car battery and starter, all was good but when he checked the oil dipstick it was dry. No oil on dipstick then he looked under the car and found no oil drain plug was installed, no trace of oil discharge anywhere under the car. At that time Mr. Duval called and I inform him that I had an oil change at SpeeDee in Athol, MA. He called SpeeDee and spoke with manager Mike to explain the situation. Mike then asked for my car to be towed to SpeeDee in Athol, MA so it was on 6-24-25 by AAA. I called SpeeDee on that day 6-24-25 at 2pm and Mike confirmed it arrived. On Wednesday 6-25-25 I called and spoke to Mike he said he would get to it later that day. At 4:15 Mike called and said "I agree with Mr. Duval's finding, there is no oil or plug. Tomorrow my boss and owner Dave Sarnarnuky will be in and together we will come up with a plan to replace your car's motor." I asked how long it would take before I got my car back. Mike said "first he had to file a claim with their insurance company, with Dave his boss signing off on it. But all in all about 1 or 2 weeks and our licensed mechanic would do all the work to cut down on our expenses. Next day, Thursday, 6-26-25 Mike hadn't called so I called SpeeDee, Lisa answered and said "Mike couldn't come to the phone." After waiting all day I drove their at 4:15pm with my mom Anita Falco and found out Mike had the day off. Manager Jesse said that Mike has every Thursday off. My mom then called the owner Dave 978-618-7102 but only got his voicemail so we left a message with our contact information and the reason for our call. Dave did not return our call. Friday Morning 6-27-25 at 10am Mike called to say they would not repair the car because it wasn't towed to them first but my mom pointed out the State Police towed the car. Then Mike said any further conversion should be with his boss Dave. We have both called Dave repeatedly with no call back from him. Now some insight on me Bobby Falco. I am a 36 year-old man with cerebral palsy, my mom Anita Falco is a 69 years old retired school teacher, and my dad passed away. My mom has been helping with the back and forth conversations partly because of my speech and partly because I work daily. This is a huge problem with my independence as I now have no transportation. I went to SpeeDee oil for what is considered a simple oil change and now with no fault of mine my engine is seized and now I have no running car. It doesn't seem like anyone will help me. Please give this case the attention it rightfully deserves. Thank you, Bobby Falco bobbyfalcokilloran@gmail.com Anita Falco afalco56@yahoo.com

I took off for vacation and didn't drive my car for a few weeks. Upon my return, my car was having issues starting up. I called the shop on March 30th @ 09:47 and spoke with Katie Williams. She told me to come in in the afternoon after 1:00pm because the mechanics took a long lunch between 11:30-0100. At 02:30 I arrived with my son. Katie immediately starts speaking rudely demanding to know why I was coming in at 2:30 and why I didn't come in that morning. I reminded her that she told me to come in at that time and I was following her directions. Katie then tells Greg to go look at my vehicle. He orders me to pop my hood, checks the cable connections to my battery and tells me everything looks fine. (This is his expert advise?) I tell him that a few weeks ago I had the starter replaced by them and that my car only starts sporadically. He says to me that I need a brand new starter and he doesn't believe me and I must pay for a new one. I inform him that the owner will remember me since he gave me a ride the last time I was there and I will wait for his return. Greg demands to see the receipt from that visit. I ask if the office keeps records of the work they have done in file. He doesn't respond and walks away. I park my car and wait for a minute then decide to drive home to look for the receipt. At home I call Katie and ask if they keep records and if she can make me a copy for me. it. While I have her in the phone I tell her what happened with Greg Williams outside. Unbeknownst to me, Greg and Katie Williams are married. I also try and pin her down and make her tell the truth about when she told me to come in. Of course, honesty is not her strong suit. I return to the garage to get a copy of my receipt and to speak with Mr. Rubin about them fixing their mistake. When I walk into the office there are three other people in there along with Katie. When Katie reaches to hand me the receipt, Greg Williams comes storming into the office, raging and yells "GET YOUR FUCKING CAR OUT OF THE FUCKING WAY RIGHT FUCKING NOW YOU FUCKING BITCH. RIGHT FUCKING NOW OR I WILL FUCKING TOW YOUR FUCKING CAR YOU FUCKING BITCH!" Floored, the three other men quickly walk out of the office as I say to him, "don't talk to me like that". He responds by showing even more class and cussing all over again. He then runs out of the office and steals my car. I asked Katie for his name and she refuses to give it to me. At this point I still did not know they were married. I leave the office thinking I was going to sit in the safety of my car until the owner returned. However, I cannot find it. Greg returns, and then starts assaulting me. Katie comes out of the office and says she is calling the police. I am grateful because I know that Greg will be arrested. However, she was lying (again) and never called them. Greg continued to verbally assault me, flexing his muscles to physically intimidate me, spit in my face, breathing his horrible breath on me and pushing his face and disgusting body against me telling me he was going to eff me up. During his rage Greg stated that I should have a man beat me like he does his wife. During this time the owner walked in and had to get Greg away from me. Benny Rubin, the owner, had to physically step in front of Greg and push him away from me in order to protect me. (I later found out that Greg lives in Benny's house and Greg's parents abandoned him. I can see why). Anyone that would allow an employee to work for them that behaves like this is not a business that I would encourage anyone to patronize. Classless, despicable, dishonest, rude, abusive and unsafe are some of the words I would use to describe this business. When I finally got my car back the next day, I found this: -They had punctured a hole in my gas tank -Poured gasoline on the inside of my car -Piled trash in my car -Disassembled my brake lights so drivers behind me wouldn't be aware of when I stop. (Hoping Me and my children would get in a fatal accident perhaps?) -Punctured holes in my evap lines. -Stole valuables from the trunk of my car. (Obviously helping themselves to whatever they wanted while disassembling the brake lights) -Broke both levers to the trunk and gas tanks. -Stole Auto Registration and Plate (tag) Registrations. This shop goes far beyond being unprofessional, they are illegal and dangerous, putting safety & lives at stake. ***The above mentioned is not an inclusive list and further details have been left out pending litigation.**

My catalytic converter was replaced at Leon in Feb 2025 at 160,318 miles. It started to leak in April 2026 at 172,001 miles. It was still under warranty. Shippee Auto flagged the leak and said I should go back to Leon to have it replaced. Leon checked the leak on 5/15/26, confirmed it was coming from the other catalytic converter (the much less expensive one), and wrote me an estimate for work I did not need. I went back to Shippee's for something else, and they confirmed for a second time that the leak is coming from the catalytic converter Leon replaced. Anita Wilson, Consumer Protection Coordinator at the Northwestern District Attorney's Office, agreed to take the case. Ben, the owner of Leon L Sirum Co Inc, spoke to Anita on August 12th. He said he would work with me on the warranty, but I would have to find a way to get the part to him. The problem is I live 5 hours away now, and I already made the trip for him to tell me the leak wasn't in the part he replaced. Ben said the reason I have to transport the part is the negative reviews I posted about his business. He stated to Ms. Wilson that he personally looked at my vehicle and that he did not do anything wrong. If he did not do anything wrong, why would he be willing to work with me on the warranty of a part he claims he did not replace? Instead of doing the right thing, he tried to leverage the removal of my negative review to get me to transport the part to his shop. I agreed to remove the review after the issue was settled, and not before. That was not good enough for Ben. Instead, he wanted me to transport the part myself or remove the negative reviews without any guarantees that the warranty would cover the cost of the work.
