Extremely awful customer service, Christina was very incompetent. She didn't help me or provided…read moreany guidance to solve my issues or concerns. Their lack of empathy for customers is beyond disgusting. She laughed at the situation and the miscommunication, but I kept it professional; after explaining myself and following the protocol to file a claim, she then "transferred me" to a different department, but it wasn't the correct one, I had to work triple to find it. I want to avoid thinking that she did it on purpose, but I wouldn't doubt it given her attitude. It surprises me that the level of unprofessionalism is extremely high when this is a company that should be there for you. Is sad to see how people get paid to perform this mediocre.

Kudos to this location for having a good system in place to deal with the ever-present lines. The…read moremain line leads to where they categorize your issue - a registration, handicap placard, or a dispute. Plenty of seating, though each seat is too close together and it could be very crowded and uncomfortable at peak times. Overall, it only took 15 minutes to go from start to finish when arriving 10 minutes after opening on a Thursday. Multiple reviews state that you should arrive within the first hour of opening, or just come in another day, and I would agree! This would be a very different experience if you had to stand outside during a hot summer day or during a rainstorm. Go early and save your sanity.

I am doing this review on behalf of my parents, Celia and José. I called with my mom over a week…read moreago because we got new insurance and needed to cancel their existing policy. The clerk at the time, Valentina, although seemingly concerned we were cancelling, advised the agent, Enrique, was on vacation and couldn't cancel until Tuesday. Comes Thursday, my mom and I called again to find out Valentina didn't work there any longer and my mom's email with her proof of insurance was not looked at. The new clerk, Fatima was clueless and she didn't even offer to help. We asked her for the agent's email, to send him the declaration page directly. When he responded to my mom, he did so in English. She replied to him and asked him to write in Spanish (which is how he's always helped my parents) because she doesn't speak English, and he had the nerve to reply to her in English again. This was a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude just because they canceled. My parents are way happier with higher coverage and lower premiums, they are both retired and don't even drive 10 miles per week. Please look around for more ethical insurance companies.
