Refinanced loan online could not read the fine print because it was too small. Thought it said…read moreregular payments of $194.59 every 2 weeks or 52 payments. When my next payment came around it was the same payment of $194.59 so thought I had clicked on regular payments. I continued to make my payments on time for 12 payments before I check to see what my balance was. When I checked my balance it said it had only gone down $500, when I had already paid in over $2,500 in payments. When I went into the store to talk to customer service the lady told me I had signed up for 52 payments of $194.59. which meant I was being charged over $6,000 in interest. This is a warning to make sure you read the fine print carefully before you sign.

I noticed no one really reviews banks so I thought I'd add one…read more I came over to Wells Fargo in the Wachovia deal and although I was sad to see Wachovia (a brand I was familiar with from Philadelphia) go, Wells Fargo has done a good job changing and making themselves as friendly as could be. In a town with more credit unions and small banks than most, the lure of the big name banks isn't quite as strong, but I needed somewhere I could deposit my money in Philadelphia when I was moving and have access to it here. Wells Fargo, like any big bank, loves their fees, but they do make up for it with a friendly, helpful staff. They're not great at research though when you report a problem - 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a phone call and explanation of why they charged me an overdraft fee while there was money in the bank. I'll probably look for a small bank now that I don't travel as much as I used to. Big bank ATM networks kept me around while traveling, but now the credit unions are calling.

I changed from my previous I And I elected to go with Allstate And apparently it is called Allstate…read moreTexas LLOYDS Company outside of Dallas. The agent was a Muslim and I preached the gospel to him. I was really thinking I had a good fit with this insurance with this agent The agent after I became a member if Allstate I could never get to ask additional questions. First off they did not send my insurance card. I had to call to request it and twice they had to be reminded to send it. The agents name was Michael Maghammi. We had a long conversation before I agreed to use this company. I was weary of Allstate because of their history as a company not paying claims and customers I knew complained about them. But I felt things were okay. I had been paying my bill. But in August of 2022. I planning to go out of town and I found out that this company had dropped me and I had no car insurance and here I was planning to leave town the next day. I am not sure how this happened because I had this company all year. So, I had to act fast and contact another car insurance. Since Allstate had canceled me with out warning I had to see if any car insurance would take me. I had a perfect driving record, no bad ticket problem and I had to find out about my insurance being dropped and not contacted. What car insurance would do that to a customer. Now this same company Allstate had not reached to me but they filed a credit collection on me. Surely they should have remember I changed to them smoothly and paid any funds request. So, Allstate should been the same. Now I know it is Listen it is true about Allstate. They have been around a while and this should Allstate company apparently has a true reputation and they do not respect their customers. Don't use them.. Many of my friends said to not use them but I had to see for myself. This Allstate Texas Lloyds Company you should not use them. They are not a good company to drop your insurance with telling you.
