More so, they went out of their way to explain things and personally contacted the claims department because we weren't going anywhere trying to deal with them ourselves. Do I recommend State Farm? That's on the fence. If the poor service is continuous, then absolutely not. It was a nightmare and that's no understatement. It wasn't the agent's fault. The agent and staff did everything they were supposed to do and then some. It's unfortunate that the claims department made the entire experience suffer. Hopefully we won't have any use for claims in the future. They were that bad. Awful. I could go on and on but I won't. I would give the claims experience a big fat zero. Terry Randle's office was exemplary and they are the only reason we are continuing with the policies. State Farm as a whole needs to do better. The office staff gets 5 stars. The staff is not aware of the correct information for the products they offer. They are rude and condescending and never on the same page with each other. They will tell you one thing and when you correct them on it they will deny what they initially said. I have been through it with this agency. I can't tell you enough to go to a different State Farm where they actually know what they are talking about and they know how to explain things without tiptoeing around the actually information. Hannah is very rude and needs her license reviewed. I've moved to a new State Farm agency where it is absolutely a 180 difference. Do yourself a favor and RUN. I will say that I do feel bad for Mr Randall, he has these folks operated his agency in this manner. I can only imagine how many other people they have misinformed. If you absolutely need to use this agency speak to Mr Randall directly.
