He always secures the best possible price for me--in fact, my most recent renewal just dropped by about $300! In this current economy, that kind of savings and dedicated customer service is hard to find. Benjamin Fry is a smaller business, but that's exactly what makes them the best. They genuinely care, always remembering names and proactively addressing any issues that might come up. In today's world, having an insurance team you can truly trust means everything. They simply don't make businesses like Benjamin Fry Insurance anymore. I'm incredibly happy with their service and will definitely be sticking with them for the long run!

Recently we needed Tom to help make an update to our HOI policy. I sent an email and left a voicemail, Tom phoned back quickly and got what we needed taken cared of. This was such a win, since we really haven't had to chat since 2019. I highly recommend Tom for your insurance needs. He really is awesome to work with here in Austin, TX!
