I was then charged a $45 delivery fee, and was told that I didn't entirely read the ad, which said deliveries were free if it was paid in cash (I went back just to check, absolutely no mention if cash). No options were given for any kind of compensation, not even a quick return to correct the transaction. I work in retail, and I'm well aware that you ALWAYS tell the customer when there is an upcharge, no matter how small. Absolutely ridiculous.
