If you decide to cancel your membership but still have unused services remaining, you are required to come in and use those services, yet you are then charged the non-member price for upgrades. After already paying into the membership, I don't feel it is fair to suddenly have to pay significantly more just because you decided to cancel. Overall, I feel the membership structure is designed to make it difficult and expensive to leave. The constant additional charges and upgrade fees make the services much more expensive than they initially appear. I think customers should be given more flexibility and transparency about what they are actually paying for. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

She started off with trimming and then went to threading. I tried to trust the process but now one of my eyebrows is way thinner and a different shape. My biggest issue is I was severely cut during the threading process. I didn't see it when I got done but as soon as I saw it in my car mirror I went back to the shop and one of the other ladies offered to put Aloe Vera on it which burn. She told me they would put in the system that I don't want Samma doing my eyebrows. I had also sent her a message a week prior because I had just gotten my eyebrows done and wasn't sure if I would still be a good candidate for the lash extensions and she was certain she could work around it. Before I sat down in the bed I said "I wanted to remind you that-" and she finished my sentence "you just got your eyebrows done." I was very impressed that she had remembered! Her room felt very inviting and calming. The BEST part about her studio is the memory foam bed. I have never been so comfortable getting my eyelashes done! I would not stop talking about how soft that bed was. Jessika is very gentle when applying the lashes, and I could really tell that she is a perfectionist because I felt her going back to check the eyelashes before having me open my eyes to look. At the end, I had a few follow up questions for her, because I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to lashes long term, or if I just wanted to go in for special occasions. It was absolutely no pressure, and she took the extra time to educate me on what to look for in terms of when its time for a fill or when it's time to get them professionally removed. She also said she has appointments that last an hour, or an hour and a half so she is really flexible and her bookings can accommodate any lifestyle. Another extra perk that I enjoyed was the little thank you bag at the end. Typically, I'm used to getting a wand (maybe) but she gave me a couple of wands, a brush and a mini lash cleanser! I was so impressed because at other places I paid for the lash cleanser and she said she believes it should be part of the full set. Overall - I have nothing but positive things to say about Luxury Lash Boutique. Jessika is the real deal, her prices are reasonable, and that bed is so comfortable! It really does feel luxurious going into her studio and getting eyelash extensions.
