I was met with petty emails bullying me about my unwillingness to pay cancellation fees when there were none clearly listed in my contract nor did I have clear instructions on how to pay these fees. When I was directed to pay the cancellation fees on the Realty 85 website, the website didn't even work. Once I had an account reset and was able to log into my account I didn't even have charges listed in my account. After finally making my cancellation payment, my realtor sent me an email with the words "I am a true believer in Karma and I'm not going to beg for payment."

Fast forward to a week later, I have been completely ghosted. I have constantly had to hound the realtors for responses and updates. I was told yesterday I would be sent a lease to sign, but once again I didn't receive it. I reached out to the woman I was working with as well as her partner today, and still no response. This has been such a disappointing experience, bringing me nearly to tears as I wrote this review. I lost out on other properties waiting and waiting for responses from this company and believing their promises.
