I called ASAP Garage Door Repair and was asked to text photos of the garage door. Although the photos were not clear enough for the technician to diagnose the problem over the phone, he offered to dispatch someone to the property that same afternoon. Before scheduling the service call, I asked what might be causing the problem. He suggested that the lock might be engaged and helped me locate it. Sure enough, the lock was engaged and stuck on the track. Once I released it, the garage door worked properly again. The problem was resolved over the phone without requiring a technician to come to the property. I really appreciated the technician taking the time to help me troubleshoot the issue and saving me an unnecessary service call. Excellent customer service!

I called Humberto and he had Junior over to install a side mount, direct drive Chamberlain RJ0101 the next afternoon. Junior arrived on time, worked professionally & cleanly, and hauled away the 25+ year old unit. He was very respectful & wise beyond his years. Money isn't everything, but trust is. We were conned by the first company who charged DOUBLE others (what Google says) and frankly TRIPLE what Humberto would charge for new springs, tubing & pulleys. The quote for installation was fair & reasonable & 25-38% less than several others. In an era of not knowing who to trust even if online reviews appear good, we are thankful to have found an honest business. Humberto, who also does welding, gates & fences, has earned our trust and future projects.

I called Humberto's Garage Doors for an estimate, and JR was able to come out the same day. I had already purchased a new garage door opener with a camera and smart controls, and JR was extremely professional from start to finish. He inspected everything and noticed that the garage door wheels were old and that the door itself was overdue for a tune-up. He explained that the door was putting too much strain on the opener because of how heavy it was, and that even the new unit could eventually burn out if the underlying issues weren't addressed. JR took the time to get everything working properly. He installed the new opener, tuned up the garage door, programmed everything, and even walked me through how to use the app and all the smart features. Everything came out perfect, and the garage door is working great! I highly recommend Humberto's Garage Doors. If you call, definitely ask for JR. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. You won't be disappointed!
