My husband went in as I told her his name and she'd be expecting him. When he arrived with everything in tact, she refused the refund saying there was nothing wrong with them, and refunded to give him the refund as she agreed to him. Unkind behavior and very poor business practice. Buyer beware.

I went on line and was very impressed not only by the wonderful, tasteful offerings, but also seeing that Cathy models all of the clothing herself, instead of a model half her age! How nice is that? It's so refreshing to see the clothing modeled by a woman who is about my age! I ordered 2 maxi dresses with ruffled collars, Aqua Lane and the Black and Beige. I am full-figured and was apprehensive to order them thinking they may be too clingy, but I took the chance and they are just perfect! I ordered size 1X. I wore one of the dresses to a family event and received so many compliments! The ruffle collar is pretty and feminine, but most of all so comfortable, especially with the side slit. For me wearing this dress with a pair of Spanx (my favorite is Talbot's....they are very comfy and slip on easily), made me feel shapely and confident. I find her prices to be extremely reasonable for the beautiful quality. I look forward to continuing to shop with Cathy and also making my way to her store. They do have small signs in their store that state 'returns will gladly be accepted within 7 days - for a store credit only'! that's a lousy catch! Oh and the credit is only good at the Mashpee location. When I burn through this credit I will never shop here again. My advice to shoppers - really think about any purchase or just pass it buy. Making the customer happy is not this store's focus!

Their selection of clothes and accessories was good and the downstairs area was full of discounted (though messy) items. I'm a huge fan of the Holebrook sweaters they carry and you won't find them elsewhere outside Sweden. Stars were docked because after spending close to $800 on 4 sweaters I arrived back home in DC to find a huge black sensor wasn't removed from my white sweater. So very frustrating, especially considering the employees really only rung us up to accomplish this sale. (And there's obviously no alarm in the store.). When I called to inquire about their solution to this issue they apologized and emailed me a shipping label to ship the sweater back and forth. While this is certainly inconvenient, they did solve the problem at their added expense. I'm a little surprised they didn't offer anything further--a gift card would seem reasonable to make up for a negative experience. (I've had this happen before when a store committed a similar blunder.)

I didn't know ow it but I guess I was. I needed workout clothes. She steered me to the sale rack plys other wonderful garments in their inventory. Well, I make out great, got all new fitness clothes and more. She was just a peach, so real, ho est and helpful. We both had a grwat time as we had the shop all to ourselves on a Wednesday afternoon. I filled out the rental waiver and he said he would get some help. No one helped and we left after 15 minutes of him on the phone. I don't know who is running the place now, but two thumbs down.
