He noticed my tree was splitting and removal was the only option. His team was out the very next day to start the job. By day two, everything was complete. Not only did he remove my mesquite tree, but they also removed another tree I needed gone. He also gave me recommendations for replacement tree's and by the time they left I had two new ones in with specific instructions on how to care for them. The clean up they did was also incredible - you wouldn't have even know that they had been there. Everyone on the team was polite and professional. Michael was especially helpful and even gave me a local business recommendation for another project I needed done. The only thing I would have done different? I wish I would have called them sooner. However, they looked at some other plumbing in my home, told me the price to make repairs, and it seemed high. The other work is not urgent, and I will do some price comparisons before making a decision. They charge a $98.00 evaluation fee, which is non-refundable and which will not be included into your total amount. This is a separate charge. We spelled out what we expected he and his help to do for the price and so far so good. We agreed on a specific day once a week and he has shown up each time which is not so easy to find these days. Not only that, he is conscientious. For instance, one of the first things he did was to instruct his helper to be careful not to mow over our sprinklers by trimming around them first. That is very important because our sprinklers are difficult and expensive to replace.
