We spelled out what we expected he and his help to do for the price and so far so good. We agreed on a specific day once a week and he has shown up each time which is not so easy to find these days. Not only that, he is conscientious. For instance, one of the first things he did was to instruct his helper to be careful not to mow over our sprinklers by trimming around them first. That is very important because our sprinklers are difficult and expensive to replace.
