If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I originally called for an estimate to have a mesquite tree trimmed. Benjamin showed up on time as scheduled. He noticed my tree was splitting and removal was the only option. His team was out the very next day to start the job. By day two, everything was complete. Not only did he remove my mesquite tree, but they also removed another tree I needed gone. He also gave me recommendations for replacement tree's and by the time they left I had two new ones in with specific instructions on how to care for them. The clean up they did was also incredible - you wouldn't have even know that they had been there. Everyone on the team was polite and professional. Michael was especially helpful and even gave me a local business recommendation for another project I needed done. The only thing I would have done different? I wish I would have called them sooner. The only time they were reliable was when I called for someone to give me an estimate on how it will cost to remove two palms from my backyard. We decided on a trim but no one has returned my call or my email. We're a military family and would love to support a veteran-owned business but at this point, it'll be whomever is responsive and affordable. read more

I called Benjamen "the tree specialust," who not only didn't answer his phone but never returned call. So unprofessional. As a small business owner who could throw this "company" more work, no. My trees look so much better. They must feel like I do after a new hair style. The men got as many date pods out as they could short of a helicopter. Pulled out all the old stuff left by previous trimmer of two years. Used a stump grinder on a dead queen palm and laced a paloverde that had been butchered by that storm we had in September. Cleaned up their mess. Big deal was protecting all my yard lights and plumeria tree. Both survived without incident. Benjamin and his crew were great. Definitely will use them next year for the same process on the date palms. read more

A big thank you to Benjamin and his fantastic crew. Ben came out to our new home last Sept. to take a look at our FICA Tree (which we love) and advised us of the poor condition this tree was in. It's had NO TLC in years. Ben showed us the fungus that had taken over the inside limbs. He gave us instructions on treatment and not to cut in the heat. The next appt. was on Oct. 23, 2017. Ben and his crew did an outstanding job trimming and giving this wonderful tree some breathing room. Very clean and picked up everything left in the yard. Great company! The employee who answered the phone was very professional and informative. Benjamin was really friendly and professional. He explained exactly what they would do to remove our tree. He also took the time to look at my other trees and tell me what I should do to help them be healthier. They did a great job removing the tree and hauling it away. I was under a time crunch to have two tall palm tree tops trimmed. It had been three years since they were cut and the mess they made were disruptive to our yard and the neighbors. Called on a Tuesday, and Martha in the office was great. Ben did the estimate that afternoon, and even though they were busy he was able to squeeze the work in two days later. The tree trimming debris from the overgrown palms was plenty and distributed in our yard as well as the neighbors on each side. All debris was removed from ours and the neighbors yard and the yards looked better than when they started. The service provided was professional and fast.
