I don't have much information about this company, but I can tell you they lack any sense of ethics…read more On the morning of October 10th, I was outside with our family dog, a 60-pound black lab, who was on an electronic leash. Several cars had passed by, including a landscaping truck, which she ignored. However, when this landscaping truck drove down our quiet dead end street, it was going about 50 miles an hour, making a lot of noise (due to the excessive speed) with the trailer behind it. It was the noise and speed caused my dog to chase after it. The driver mowed her down did not even slow down or stop. He simply went to the end of the cul-de-sac and parked and watched me wail over her body in the street as she died in my arms. I moved her lifeless body to the side of the road and was out there wailing over her for about 90 minutes while the sheriff came and then animal control. The driver did not at any point acknowledge me, approach me or offer any form of apology. A neighbor spoke with him before the authorities arrived, and he was fully aware that he had hit my dog. When I contacted the company's owner, he claimed the driver didn't come over because he only spoke Spanish. There are many Spanish speakers in Florida, and I understand Spanish myself. He had no way of knowing if I could speak it, but he still didn't approach me. Communication can transcend language barriers, and a simple gesture of compassion would have been appreciated. The driver lied to the police about speeding, despite the fact that there are several cameras in this neighborhood which prove otherwise. When I spoke to the owner on the phone, I simply asked them to cover the cost of my dog's cremation but he adamantly refused to take any responsibility and then didn't even bother to respond to my email. If you love animals, I strongly recommend not using this company. Their true character has been clearly shown in their complete lack of accountability or any compassion. My 7 children lost our family dog in the most horrific way possible, in a violent, sudden and utterly preventable death right in front of our home. The spot on the street where her entrails stained it (despite repeated attempts at scrubbing it with bleach, soap and water it will not come out) is a constant reminder of this company's negligence and complete and utter lack of compassion.

But cheaper isn't always better, I have learnt that the hard way. Adolfo ignores my messages, even when I send him pictures of all the damages done to my property. . His worker recklessly knocked down my mail box when he was mowing, and when I informed Adolfo about it, he said we will be out to fix it. His fix was glue and spray paint leaving my mailbox crooked and the door on the box wouldn't close. When I contacted him again, he refused to respond to my text messages. I had 2, 5 ft. trees in my back yard, and this was also ran over by one of the workers, when I sent the pictures to Adolfo, he ignored it again and did nothing about it. I had gutters put on my house, again the workers ran over the gutter knocking it off the wall. This is the worst company I have ever death with. Apparently I'm not the only resident he has done this to in my neighborhood. I do not recommend this company AT ALL or else it will cost you more than you are paying.

I struggled for a while to find a good yard service. Most yard guys in Orlando are all about…read moreturnover - get in and out as quickly as possible with massive destructive (to plants, irrigation heads, landscape lights) mowers, no thought or attention to detail. That is NOT how Justin and Brandy operate. You can tell they put thought and attention into each aspect of the yard, from mowing, to edging, to weeding, and the plant placement and control. The edges are always super clean, and the mow length is always proper and cut with sharp blades. And most importantly, they are good people who I can trust. They live in the surrounding neighborhood and are invested in the community. You have had bad experiences in the past and you have been looking around for a new yard service. Don't even hesitate to call Justin. It's a no brainer!
