The installer "Scott" is incredibly professional and experienced. My order was custom Sheers, Blinds, and Shutters. There were some hiccups with the order but the owner "Bruce Heyman" is top notch. He was very helpful and resolved any issue quickly. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied. Overall, the product and installation was 100% to my satisfaction. The same installer who completed the measurements also completed the installation. Everything was measured and installed properly and looks great.

The entire experience was perfection! From the very beginning, the duo really gave us world class service. When selecting our blinds, we opted for an in-home visit, where they showed us many samples and options for shades. It was a bit overwhelming, but they helped us figure out the perfect shades for our space. Next came install day, which went smoothly... and it was not easy because of our high ceilings... which required they install scaffolding. But the team at Budget knew exactly what to do, and everything was installed quickly and worked like a charm. The team even came back to our home after the install to do some fine tuning with our remote-control blinds (which, by the way, I highly recommend). Oh, and the shades- they are amazing! On top of that I paid $50 for a service call (same day they came to install the initial blind in my babys room, so they didnt even have to come out here separately), to fix my remote living room blind that wasnt going up properly.
