STAY AWAY! My…read moreexperience with the Jorge (CEO) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Jorge promised me an itemized quote 3 times, and he failed to live up to his word every time. Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message. For a company that says they value customer satisfaction I was extremely dissatisfied by his lack of professionalism. Unless you want to waste your time, STAY AWAY!!!!

I had one issue with a seam and leak once we got a good rainfall. I text Adam and it was fixed immediately. I found these guys to be very trustworthy and responsive. My initial review from Google. I called Hathcock Home Services for gutter installation at my home. The quote was fair, the crew was timely and the product is quality. I could not be more satisfied with this contractor. Everyone has their "contractor nightmare" stories and no one likes to deal with the uncertainty. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever hired to do a job. I highly recommend Hathcock Home Services for your home improvement and maintenance needs. We will use them again.

Adam at Hathcock said they could not refund the deposit because they already purchased the materials. This is a standard 6-inch white gutter install. I don't believe their excuse for a minute that this material cannot be used on another job. I told them even a $600 refund would be helpful to me at this time. NO RESPONSE. This is a terrible way to treat a previous customer.

Thankfully they…read morehad put a sticker on the inside of the garage door when the previous owners used their service, because our garage door broke ON MOVING DAY! They came out as soon as possible, replaced the coil and got us back in business. We've been a customer ever since. We finally were able to have them put in our DREAM garage door - sounds silly but we had an old one layer metal, uninsulated, bent door and our garage stayed dirty, dusty and HOT and COLD all the time. It was gross. SO, we were finally able to order a double layer, insulated door with insulated windows and a new "mac daddy" opener to handle the 309 lb. door. I'm so HAPPY!!! The garage stays clean, it's so much more secure and it doesn't get hot and gross - oh and it's SUPER QUIET!! The new opener came with a little camera so I can't sneak out and go shopping anymore without hubby knowing LOL. THANK YOU GUYS for giving us a wonderful product, great service and always prompt, courteous and exceptional service!! Oh, and a friend of our's told us he got a door from a different company and got half the door we did for $3K more! Great Price! Great Service! Great Product! Call MP!!
