I message him on Instagram can we fix it. I had an appointment the next day. I get there explain to him what I didn't like, he attempts to fix it.. Twice! This is where it gets interesting. After his second attempt at trying to fix the tattoo, he wipes off the drawing (NOT ASKING ME IF I LIKED IT OR NOT.. IT ACTUALLY LOOKED BETTER THAN THE INITIAL TATTOO) and immediately got belligerent. He began spewing obscene languages. Jumps up out the chair telling me to get out the F OUT all because I wanted a tattoo fixed! A SIMPLE FIX AT THAT. He asked if I wanted a refund I said YES! He proceeds to say it's a civil matter to SUE HIM! This man called the cops on me and ALL! The cops get there and the female officer literally replied "ooh no" after I showed her what he did vs what I wanted. Simply because I wanted him to fix such a small imperfection. The customer service etiquette I received and the experience I would not recommend him to anyone. Find somewhere else! He gives you one price does a little work tells you to come back and CHARGES YOU AGAIN! He also records FEMALE customers WITHOUT their consent and that was ENOUGH for me! I am definitely suing him!

Meanwhile my original piercer that I went to used the right tools to pierce my nose . This location disregarded my wishes into using a flashlight and the right tools to properly put my jewelry back in and forcefully pierced my septum lopsided . I went back to confront the person that did it and his attitude was highly unprofessional " I only did it where the other people pierced it " meanwhile looking inside my nose he completely added a new hole into my nostrils and I can find the original hole . I do not recommend this place at all for service not even to get something replaced . They are very money hungry and I went there with nothing but pure intentions on just getting a new ring for my septum not to pay $20 and having my septum lopsided and with the neglect I received his solution was to just take it out . Highly unprofessional instead of checking properly and trying to accommodate me , they completely ignored me and I never went back ever since . She was kind and sweet and made me feel calm. This was the first piercing I've ever done without a friend at my side, so I was extra nervous but Ana helped to keep me calm. I can tell this, not by how they treated me (which was with huge smiles and open hearts), but in how they treat each other- there is genuine mutual love and respect with the way the talk with each other and not at each other. I think this is why the vibe of the shop is welcoming and warm. The shop is cute AF. It's pink and girlie (for me) and as a tomboy, I absolutely loved every square inch of it. There's water and snacks and moon time supplies oh my. There are different tarot decks to keep yourself occupied if you are waiting. I had two separate appointments scheduled- one for a micro on 4/15 and one for a "Get What You Get" in January 2023 (she's a busy bee). She had a cancellation for a GWYG time slot and I said hell yeah. She was gracious to do both of my tats in one appointment so I didn't have to make an extra trip which was helpful for me. SPOILER ALERT- getting a tattoo hurts. I have a high tolerance for pain so I was fine, but she checked in on me throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable and asked me if I needed a break. Overall, I give Haven and Jes and Cameron 10 10 10's across the board. I will definitely be back for another GWYG, but also there are some originals I would like as well.
