I told them that was fine, just get me on the list. At 11am I called to check - told they couldn't give me an exact time probably at least an hour. Called back at 1pm to check - told they had just dispatched it and should be there in 20 minutes. Called at 230 to check. Told he'd be here here "within the hour" and had me send pics of the car to the driver. Called at 415 and the driver said he'd be here in 30 mins. The driver calls me to ask where I am... I send him my location. He informs me they sent him to the wrong address. He says he'll call me back in a few minutes because he is nearly 90 minutes away. He calls me back to tell me that they decided to cancel my tow because it was too far from where he was now. So I sat for 11 hours being jerked around, trying to be understanding that they were swamped, and they just canceled and basically said, "sorry about your bad luck" - I missed appointments all day because they couldn't use GPS and didn't care enough about anyone that isn't insurance to proactively call to tell me what was really going on.

The breakdown's cause was easily understood and I had my car back in perfect order by 1pm Monday - they set aside other work to get me on my way faster. The repair price was fair and reasonable, and they offered me rides to / from my hotel (stay at The Castle - wow!). Family-owned business who truly cares about its customers... When I went to have it towed away the next day (a sunday on which they are not able to repair any cars and on which they were aware I was going to have my car towed away to a repair shop that could get me back on the road) I was charged a fee to get my car out. They could have just left my car at the hotel if it was going to be such an ordeal and then I would not have had to wait 4hrs and get charged a fee to get my car out of their jail. Called them and told them what was going on with my vehicle and they got me in the shop immediately. Rob and Dustin worked hard to get me back on the road. Talked me trough my repairs thoroughly, gave me options on the best and most cost effective repairs to get me back on the road. I'm not a mechanic so they way they handled my repairs put me at ease and definitely lowered my stress level about being broke down in a strange place. Rob and Dustin are very friendly and very competent technicians! They did outstanding work for me and I got home safely. I even received a courtesy phone call from Rob a couple hours after I left their shop to check to see if I made it home safely.
