That was over three weeks ago now, and I still haven't gotten a callback -- no apology, no explanation, nothing. I get that shops sometimes have to close unexpectedly, but a simple phone call would have saved me a wasted trip, and a follow-up afterward would have gone a long way. Instead, total silence. Can't recommend based on this experience -- communication was nonexistent.
