They staff had a good working knowledge of their product lines, but seem to lack in customer service skills (at least I thought so). Their prices are very good, but some items are hard to get quickly. Overall a reasonably good place to shop for home improvement needs, but not a ton better than the big box stores, in my opinion.

They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really work to help out their clients. I was recently there and had to have some lumber cut to length and loaded. They were super helpful and quick to get everything cut and loaded up. I have seen them care for walk in clients that weren't savvy in building and yet they took good care of them and were very helpful. They are not a big box store. But rather a throwback to when businesses took care of their clientele.

Joe didn't have the color we picked, but had a good supply of a similar color at a price that really knocked our socks off - This one deal cut the price of my project by half! Joe was great in person, very easy to deal with and the guys at the counter we're quick to help with the payment portion. Pricing was exceptional, well worth the extended drive to Rome. The guys in the years we're very quick to help, did a great job of loading the 2400 pounds of material (excellent forklift work, and a very helpful crew on a 90 degree day) Joe was there to wish us a safe trip as we departed the yard, a very good experience, and one I'll be happy to repeat again when we start our next project.
