I called Cedar Ridge Well Drilling after my well stopped working. Josh the owner came out and gave…read moreme an estimate to redevelop the well. A couple weeks later Josh and his crew worked on the well. They did a fantastic job. Very little mess and very fair pricing. Josh explained everything he was doing and we now have a good source of water. I have never had to drill a well before and I was always concerned about the cost and potential mess this would cause. My well was 35 years old and while it should have continued to work we now have a new well that will provide us water we can count on. Josh is a really good guy and you can count on him to do the job right the first time. Very happy we hired Cedar Ridge Well Drilling to do this job. Thanks Josh! You do awesome work.

They acted like I was not there and would not check the whole system as I requested (this was an emergency call). They stopped at the pressure tank. A week after I paid by check they called and told me my check had been returned. I gave them a different payment, paid a returned check fee and called my bank. They had never submitted the payment to my bank. I had to cancel the first check and when I called to discuss it with them as they now had made me pay twice and with additional fees, I did not get a return call. I called again and Madeline bsically laughed at me and said it was not her problem and the fact that they got a charge back (from a bank that was not mine) meant it was my financial responsibility even though it was their mistake. When I threatened to report them for bank fraud they mysteriosly were able to rectify the situation. Terrible company, terrible people, fraudulent activity. Avoid at all costs.

When my water pressure dropped, the water came out dirty and the pump to run, drawing my solar battery down, I called Barney & Sons (who'd installed the system 4 years ago). Jason and Terry arrived earlier than expected and my gate was closed. Rather than turning around and leaving, they walked 1/4 mile to the house and well. Wonderful, friendly attitudes. Jason explained the problem, replaced the switch, did the maintenance needed and I'm set for another 4 years. I'd built a cairn of rocks around the well and Terry replaced them (above and beyond the call of duty!) with great care...so sweet! (BTW...when reading the reviews I noticed that Andrew B. posted twice which, unfortunately, skews the results as he obviously knows. I've had nothing but outstanding service and repairs with B&Sons.)
