He checked for my phone number and found my information. He personally took my bag, walked around the counter, and personally gave it to me and thanked me for my business. This store was large, bright, and clean. I saw the managers out on the floor folding clothes and getting areas tidied up. Usually during this time of year stores looks like a tornado came through them. Not this location. I was able to actually look around and find things that I needed. The staff was very friendly despite that it was close to midnight and they probably had a long day up to this point. It was probably less than 10 people in the store in total. The wonderful cashier was patient as I ran back to my car as I forgot my debit card in there. Next time I'm back in Concord, I will be visiting this location again.

She has never seen a Levi's outlet store before and was super excited to try it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. That's always a great feeling. The store currently allows 9 people at a time, but is set up for maximum spaciousness. It was very bright and clean inside, and the employees all had masks on. The brand is more high end, so you should expect higher prices than your traditional department stores, but the clothes are made better. Currently, there are amazing sales!! We were assisted by Emily D. and she offered so much help. She gave so much insight on each piece we were considering and it was helpful to know, so we could avoid returning clothes since we are unable to try things on during the pandemic. However, she did offer us a free FedEx label for returns (just in case). She picked out jeans for me with the right size and style I prefer without me ever telling her my preferences! She went above and beyond and it was truly an enjoyable shopping experience, which is rarely said during this crazy time. The team that was working today truly influenced my husband and me to continue to shop with Lucky Brand. Those women truly deserve recognition and I hope they do receive it from the company.
