Ooouuu! It was my first time visiting this Lululemon since they moved from their old store at…read moreWoodbury Commons! I remember the old one was much smaller BUT this one is super nice, with lots of inventory left and right. They had their most heavily discounted items towards the front of the store & each rack was marked with set pricing. I think the way they do it is, each store sets their own pricing for styles/items daily since at check out, the cashier will always adjust the item cost amount! Anyways, OMG it was like Christmas all over again ahahahah. I found so many goodies! Scuba hoodies were discounted to $59, while certain colors were $49 (BTW, absolute steal!). Leggings didn't seem to be on sale that day... usually whenever I come to this one, they always have a good price on leggings but I can't complain! ***If you are a first responder, military, or fitness instructor, you're entitled to extra discounts! And yes, they do stack at the outlet stores. 15% for first responders/military*** Also, loved that if you see an item you like on the racks and don't see your size, it's likely they have it in their back room! This was the case for me & they were able to grab my size from the back, no problem. Also, noticed there was a stain on that hoodie at check out & they were able to grab another one for me, again! Hahaha. Only thing is, like most Lululemon stores, the men's section is very limited. Only two racks for men's that we saw here. Lol, I always forget that Woodbury Commons Outlet is in NY & there's tax on clothing, as my state doesn't have tax for clothes up until a certain amount. Highly recommend!

The ladies checked and the one item we got was the aligned 23" crop pants on sale for $29! So that made the lady happy! The staff was constantly restocking the racks and clearing up any clutter. Checkout was a breeze. Will be back to find deals next time

Went there to buy Holiday presents. The store has a wide range of brands but inventory is limited…read more If your a size small or 2XL, then there's plenty of inventory. If your an average size person needing a medium or large, inventory was limited. If your looking for pants, only small waist and extremely large waist sizes were available. Asked if they had back stock, they don't.

EXTREMELY MISLEADING. Went into the store because I saw big yellow signs that said 50% OFF…read more Walked inside and began to browse their boots. I came across a nice pair that I was interested in. There was a big green sticker on the boots that said 50% OFF. I looked at the bottom of the boots for an original price of $260. I was shocked by how expensive the boots were, but since they were half off, I decided they were reasonable. I went up to the counter and asked for my size. They gave me the size I needed, and I tried on the boots. They fit perfect and I was so excited to buy them. That's when everything took an unexpected turn. The cashier asked me if I had a membership to the store. I told her I did not and she informed me that I had to pay for a membership in order to get the sale. The membership was $15 because it was half off as well. I did not want a membership so I then told them I did not want the boots anymore. They then asked if I was sure and I was. I left the store feeling very disappointed as well as mislead. The signs that said 50% OFF outside should have specified With Membership. The bright green signs on the boots also should have specified With Membership. It would save time for everyone. There are many people that travel to Chester from out of town, and do not need or want to pay a years membership to a store they are just passing through.

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare
