I came in for suspension issue after visiting another shop with horrible customer service. Luis took the time to show me all the worn parts prior to authorizing the repairs and explain how the components working hand in hand- that left a great lasting Impression. Needless to say, I opted to have my struts, lower control arms and ball joints replaced here at MSM. Driving home from the shop, the ride of my car was transformed back to its original glory (no more wiggle noises and a smooth ride). The best part was my car was done if a few hours!! I will be returning back to MSM for all my automotive needs. I will also be referring all my friends/family to the shop. Thanks again.

He had me drive next to him and he listened and told me it was definitely going out and that his relative had a shop and directed me here. I took it down and got the truck repaired. The prices were very reasonable and the mechanics were wonderful! Ever since then I take my vehicles there for pretty much everything. They are honest and reasonable with prices. They don't try to sell you things you don't need! I used to get my oil changed at the dealership because it was actually really cheap, but the organization for appointments was horrible and I had to leave my car all day for an oil change. S&S was just slightly more and closer to my house, so I will always pay the extra $10 or so for the great service!

Very pleased with our experience with A-1! Brought our car here, it was in need of some mechanical…read morerepairs, not much, but they needed to be done in order to pass smog. Made the mistake of taking it to one of those smog places by the DMV first, and was quoted an outrageous amount and didn't really leave feeling all warm and fuzzy. Brought the car to A-1, and after the first 2 minutes of talking to the owner Tanner, we knew this was the right place. He was very knowledgeable, explained what was going on with the car, why it wasn't passing smog, and after that, we felt very confident in leaving our car here. We pretty much decided that even if his quote came in at the same price as the other, we were more confident in their knowledge and ability and if it did inded cost that much, it would be done right. They diagnosed the car, got back to us promptly and to our delight, the quote came in MUCH MUCH lower than the first place. It took about a day and a half for everything to be fixed, it passed smog and is running great! Definitely coming back with any and all car problems/needs. You can tell these guys are straight shooters, and not trying to nickle and dime you!
