Every morning I see Jason walking around Fault line Park looking for drug needles to protect the children and dogs who frequent the park. He truly cares about people. Key works evenings and he has to deal with some rowdy residents. He is excellent at de-escalation. Both Jason and Key are very kind to all the dogs and children in the building and area. My experience with the justice system is minimal - jury duty and getting a few speeding tickets…read more(when I was younger) plus a couple of minor accidents. Normal stuff. Fingerprints and the Department of Justice are another ball of wax! I know I'm doing this so I can take care of my mom, officially, so it's worth whatever I have to do. The young lady helping me was a pro and talked and walked me through the whole process and timing. There's no ink involved (old school); it's all digital through computers. It was actually quite interesting. Allow yourself around 45 minutes as some of the scanning may have to be redone if the first ones don't pass required specs. No credit/debit cards or personal checks are accepted - cash or cashiers checks only. Parking is available on the street in front of the building or in the parking lot behind it, even though all the signs indicate it belong to the real estate business. The stairs through the front door have a landing halfway through; the ones through the back door from the parking lot don't - they're steep. No elevator. This business is a good partner for IHSS; I recommend taking advantage of it.

Reaching out via their website goes unanswered when questioned about their lack of patrols they perform and their supposed tracking system that appears to be non existent. If and when they drive by and feel like doing what they are paid for they may leave a pointless citation/warning on someone's window when they are violating the rules and even when the rules aren't being violated. They have left warning notices on the same car multiple times with no tow call. They have left warning notices on residents paying to park in the community. It is now a joke because parking is not being enforced because Golden Eagle doesn't perform. Would never recommend their services for parking enforcement!
