They were the only coffee vendor at the event, so I was fully prepared to pay their outrageous prices, but their "service"--if you can even call it that--was completely unacceptable. I stood at their trailer for over 30 minutes while eating my food, and not a single employee bothered to come over and take my order. It looked like a ghost town. In frustration, I actually called the phone number printed right on the side of their trailer. Someone answered, but instead of being helpful, they were incredibly rude, snapped "What do you want?", when I answered they immediately hung up. When I tried calling back, they just ignored the phone entirely. It takes a special level of terrible service to completely abandon your post at a major festival and then treat paying customers like a nuisance when they try to reach you. After the way I was treated, I wouldn't drink their coffee if it was free. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

We were greeted enthusiastically by a server when we entered and immediately ordered Mimosas, she forgot one of them and needed to be reminded that we ordered two. Since we had been looking at the menu on Instagram for a few days we knew what we wanted to order and ended up with the French toast and Korean breakfast. The food came out in an average amount of time and was a huge portion of food! In addition it was all so beautifully presented with lots of color, texture and edible flowers on top. Taste wise the food was just okay. The French toast didn't taste like captain crunch at all and there was so much mango sauce on top that it was slightly overwhelming. I would ask for sauce on the side next time. My boyfriend loved his Korean breakfast and only wished that the kimchi was cut up a little bit smaller so he could mix it in a bit easier with his rice. Brunch didn't wow me but I would like to return for a dinner. The last thing to note is that the chef was walking around the dining room greeting people but he never stopped at our table. So, idk if he only does it to people he knows or what but that was disappointing.

I guess we were expecting it to be a little bigger and a little better for the price. It was ok but not worth what is being charged. We both got the warm with butter lobster roll. We each also got the lobster bisque when my husband went back out for more food because we were both still hungry after eating the roll. I also had the Root Beer. I think the root beer was the best part of the meal. It was really good. The lobster tasted good and only some of it was rubbery. I wouldn't seek them out again.

So I came back couple days later to get myself one. And let me tell you, I love it so much I have to order another one right after I finish the first one. Because this place still new to me, I didn't realize they close at 8:00. I called at 7:50 to order.... The front desk kindly told me that they'll be closing in 10 minutes and ask if I can make it. Luckily I'm just around the corner. So I got there, Leah; and another girl that I didn't catch her name, were very sweet. Hand me my food, telling me it's ok as I apologize for barely made it at closing time. And there you go, this place just takes a seat in my heart just like that. And yes, the space look bright and charming. Totally a great space to hang out for a minute.

The pulled pork was very mediocre, although I will say the white sauce made it much better. It looks like they put effort into what they're doing, but unfortunately, they don't seem to understand how to properly season and smoke good BBQ. Luckily for them, most people around Cincinnati don't know what good BBQ is supposed to taste like. The sausage was very good. Assuming they don't make that in house. I hate leaving a negative review, but with prices this high, the food should be much better.

After eating here, I can't imagine eating at another Mexican restaurant. There were three of us ladies here for dinner and we all loved our food. All of us ordered combo meals which are a good price at $13.99. One friend had Tamales and she they were the best she had ever eaten. I got a combo meal with a ground beef taco, chicken burrito and cheese enchilada. I'm not usually a big fan of red sauce but this sauce had amazing flavor with a touch of heat. I got my taco "Mexican" style which is just cilantro and onion - yum! Everything, including the rice and beans were delicious! The owner waited on us and because it was our first time there she treated us to some guacamole with our chips. That was an extra special touch. I ordered a margarita that was much stronger than your average. The prices are much more reasonable too. If you are in the area, I highly suggest trying La Jaiba. It's been added to my favorites!
