I arrived on a Saturday 730AM My service request was Emission test. Staff was friendly, Patient and welcoming. I was 2nd in line and was in and out. I paid 17$ for my emissions test and passed. It was a great value. I will definitely come back to this location for my future emissions tests. read more

It's Thursday Afternoon & I came to get my car smogged. I'm from California & over there you can get your car smogged pretty much anywhere so it was a surprise to me that here it has to be from the state of Arizona. Anyways I needed to get my car registration but was told I needed a smog first because my car is older than 2018 but that's okay not a problem. I came to this location since I was already in the area & at first I was shocked at how long the line was & was thinking I was going to be here for hours but the employees definitely do a great job at keeping things running smooth! I've only been in line for about 30 min and I'm already next in line which isn't bad considering how many cars are here. The smog itself took less than 5 min to do! Definitely would recommend this location and establishment to friends and family. Friendly employees & that's a big thing to be being a female some are rude and think I don't know anything about my car but I was treated with respect & everything went fast, smoothly, & easy. We are here for the second time. First time was an easy in and out. Standard emissions test on a slow business day. We are now sitting in a huge line on a Saturday during a pandemic. Of course everyone came today! No worries, happy to wait, it's something we have to do. A few minutes ago, a huge silver pickup cut off six or more cars in line, including us. We weren't happy, but it's a line of cars... what are you gonna do? Shortly after, two techs came out and were clearly discussing the truck. After a few minutes one of the techs approached the truck and told him to get out and get to the back of the line. The truck driver looked like he put up a bit of a fight but soon enough he was gone! These guys took it upon themselves to get rid of the rude driver before a single customer had a chance to complain or bring it to their attention. GREAT customer service! read more

This place is a joke. The guy failed my emission test because he didn't know how to plug in the OBD connector into my car, after confronting them about it all i got was a slip to go somewhere else to resolves the issue. People are just dumb read more

Don't go here if you're a female. I brought a 2009 class c Rv on a 250 Ford chassis and was yelled at to get out of the express lane. I moved to another lane but noticed tons of 250 trucks going thru express. Then everyone else who was just driving up was directed to open lanes while I waited for nearly 20 minutes for someone to help me. I noticed that I was the only female coming through for an emissions. I don't know what their problem was but I didn't feel treated fairly. read more

30 minute wait to get tested, then they direct you to another lane then decide to send you back to the original lane you arrived to. The tester fumbled and couldn't get the diagnostic plug in so failed my car for emissions. I was livid and went home and slightly nudged the diagnostic connector and arrived back to the station. Was redirected 3 times the middle bay operator got visibly irritated with me because I stopped beyond the line towards the bay then finally sent me to waiver. Waver tech was nice and courteous but don't expect to be treated with respect from some of them. I get it some of the guys are retired and working part time but their work ethic is subpar at best. The waiver tech told me I should not have been failed. I have been going here for at least 36 years and this time is ultimately the worst! read more

These guys were great. Everyone was smiling even thoigh it was hot. They answered any wuestions i had. There was no wait. We drove right up and they started yhe process. My family stayed in the car but my husband got out. Because they needed access to the driver seat. It took like 5 mins to do the smog test. My car passed and now i can go register it. read more

Got one of my vehicles tested today. The guys were efficient but also very short. Paid with my debit card and 2 hours later, my bank account was being used at Chevron in North 32nd St in Phoenix. 2 separate transactions totaling $200. Not sure if this was an inside job or not, but I thought I'd share this experience to prevent this from happening to someone else. Good luck! read more

These guys aren't really as fair as the reviews paint. I got all the way to the yellow line and was the only car directed to pull sideways into the empty third lane. I watched as the guy left and no one attended to my car while the two cars behind me pulled forward and left before me. I could have stayed in my lane and been done. When someone finally appeared I was upset, "why was I the only car asked to come in this lane?" And "that person up there was behind me" they opened my door, saw that my gas was a pop in the front, walked around and told me to pop it (pointed to the back so I thought he meant trunk which I also couldn't do manually) and before I could respond walked off and left me alone for another few minutes. When he finally came back I said it's in the front I can't automatically pop my gas lid (like wth when has that ever been something someone can do?) Almost didn't give me my sheet or tell me he was going to so I had to ask and when he did give it to me passed my car and pushed my car door in without needing to which also made me angry since he could have damaged something. When I finally left the cars that were behind me were gone and the fourth car behind me in line was getting serviced. Thats how much this setback put me out of line. The experience was awful. I also agree with the other woman who reviewed and talked about all the trucks in the express lane and getting targeted for being a white woman and I also had a nicer car. It definitely felt like my appearance was a factor in how I got treated. I was also a single female. I bet if I had come with a guy I wouldn't have been asked to go to the ghost lane and wait while everyone around me got treated. They definitely hate women. Notice that in the last year, the only four reviews listed-three of them are one stars. read more

This is the busiest place ever! But damn them guys are fast.. for all the traffic that flows thru that place, they sure do know how to keep the pace moving. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The Manager was very cool. The place looked clean. All the other stations suck. read more

The website boasts average wait time of 11 minutes, but I have been here 19 minutes and have seen 4 cars finish testing. I still have 3 cars ahead of me so this did not turn out to be as quick as I thought. read more
