When driving back to LA from Vegas over Memorial day weekend, I noticed my car beginning to…read morewobble/shake, and with two hours left of our journey I was concerned enough to want to find an auto shop nearby just to drop in for an inspection before going any further. As stressed as I was, as soon as I entered I was immediately put at ease by the two gentlemen at the front desk. I'm not knowledgeable with car issues, and I was worried that the way I would have to describe my own suspected car issues felt insignificant and admissible, especially when I wasn't sure if there even was an issue or if it was just me overreacting--but the guys working that day were so kind and validating to my concerns, and even found that one of my tired had started separating! Long story short, had I continued driving it would have blown and could have been catastrophic. But they were incredible at locating the issue in such short time, and replacing my tire at a really small cost. At the start there was going to be an inspection cost, but when they discovered it was the tire issue, I was only charged for the tire change. For that, I couldn't have been more thankful. They really were my mechanical angels, on that memorial day. Sure the cost was reasonable, but I'm most thankful for how comfortable and at ease they made me feel, which is a rare feat when you're a stressed out female at an auto shop. Blessed that I found myself there.

I was in need of a full set of tires and I had seen this place driving up Hesperia Rd a few times…read more I called the day before I planned on going in for a quote on tires. The price they gave me was a good deal, and I told them I'd be in the next morning. Johnny helped me out when I got there, and I told him the size, brand and model of the tire and the price I was given. He then dropped the price even further by $20, so I said sweet! My family and I went next door to Farmer Boys to grab some breakfast. We came back, had a seat in the waiting area. I had my two kids with me, and surprisingly my car was done and ready to go before they started asking to leave. Johnny kept me up to date while I was there and I felt treated with respect and as a valued customer even though I had never been there before. I will be recommending this shop to my High Desert friends and family and I will be bringing my car back.

Very angry owner. I brought 4 TPM sensors to have them swapped out. I needed 5 apparently (one for…read morethe spare) and the owner took it upon himself to replace the 5th sensor for the spare without informing me that it was an extra $70. I paid $31 for the 4 sensors and I could have purchased 4 more and given him the other 3 for free, instead he calls me and says it's done and I now owe $150 instead of the $80 we agreed to. I simply said to him that I did not appreciate him reaching into my pocket without asking me. When I went in to pay the $150 he threw my keys in the counter and said take your car and don't come back - ever!! A week later, the warning light comes back on. I start checking the tires and they are all up. I checked the spare. The trunk was never put back together with the carpet and other items I had in there pushed to the side and the cover for the spare dislodged. Whatever, I wouldn't leave a customer's car like that. I check the spare and it has about 18lbs of air which caused the sensor to go off. I filled the spare with air, put it back and secured the trunk and it's been about 3 weeks without the light going back on so he probably didn't bother to air it up fully. Either way, he did good work quickly but was completely unreasonable in not being able to understand why a customer would be upset when the cost doubled without authorization. That's the bad part.
