We followed him to his shop where he had us park our truck and trailer overnight until he could get parts the following Monday to do the repairs. We were on our way again Monday afternoon when almost to Lundy Lake our truck broke down again. Same problem ( the part he received was defective) Luis (owner of the company) had to make two round trips, 400 miles each to repair our truck. So I took my car in to see why it wasn't running and they told me it needed a new engine. Long…read morestory short I went ahead and paid Them over $16,000 to put a new engine in my car. They told me to come pick up my car and when I picked it up, the check engine light immediately came on, so I drove it thinking maybe the computer needed to relearn the new engine but then the check engine light started to flash and then the car cut off while I was driving. So I pull over and start the car back up and drive back to the Mechanic where they take all day to do a diagnostic and tell me that is the o2 sensors or spark plugs so you need to tell me you put bad spark plugs in a O2 sensor on a new engine? Did you reuse the old oil and radiator fluid too? So I dropped my car back off to have it looked at and they keep it for 10 days and all they did was possibly clear the code that will pop it up and tell me my car was working just fine with no CEL so I go to pick it up. I drive it maybe 100 or 200 miles and the check engine light comes back on and I drive it another 200 300 miles and the check engine engine light starts to flash again because they had my car so long I missed work. I had to use a lot of rental cars and I now I have a brand new broke engine for 16,000+ dollars and they won't fix it.

Jesse did a great job replacing the battery. In fact, the first one tested low in charge, so he swapped it out for another one. Then, it turned out my auxiliary battery also needed to be replaced, which he also did. Throughout the process, the business was polite and their secretary, Red, kept in constant communication with me via text message to confirm appointments and update me on Jesse's ETA in the field. The pricing was clear and reasonable, and everything was put back immaculately in my car after the repair (the batteries sit under the front passenger seat). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend D&J to others here in the High Desert!
