Along with my bill, I received someone else's bill as well; which included personal information. 2. Requested to speak to Optical/Billing Manager several times and they were always "at lunch" or "has the day off" or "at a different location"; and they will need to get back to me. These are only two of the multiple instances that have occurred within the last year. VERY DISAPPOINTED in customer service management, I do not recommend the optical department.

They didn't really have any open appointments for new customers for a few weeks, but they made room to get me in the next day to check me out. The visit itself was quite good. Very efficient. Pleasant staff. Getting my eyes examined was surprisingly easy. Picking out glasses was a good experience. The staff is super helpful and make things easy. I'm super impressed with this vision center and would encourage anyone to go there. I'm glad I went there and glad my family members go there too. I'm just disappointed it took me this long to actually get my eyes checked.

It took a month before hearing back, then I was informed my prescription was out dated. She left a message on my phone, don't call us will call you. This went on for another two weeks, once I called they said my glasses were in. I returned home, the lenses were scrach, on top that I had a veterans exam. I love that Dr Wilson knows me by name and we chat every visit. She remembers me and what's going on with me. If your getting glasses they will work with you till they get it right.
