She provided me with a consultation and helped me decide what style to get that compliments my face well, what will look good for my hair, in the long run. I'm definitely not the expert, and Terri IS! She knew what I was thinking and was able to tell me that what I had in mind wouldn't work and when I went with her advice, it was exactly the cut I was envisioning in my head but Terri, the expert, did her magic! In addition, she added her touch by taking good care of my hair and offering advice to care for it. She finished off by taking the time to style it to make it look so good. When choosing to trust a hairstylist, I'd rather have someone take time on my hair to make it look beautiful and make sure that I am happy with it, rather than someone who wants to accommodate as many customers that they are not concerned about how the client feels about her hair.
