I mean they asked on the phone but I didn't know what all from it. I'd never brought an animal. Went to the back before and had him put to sleep. So how was I still so they didn't say it and straight out plain English put to sleep instead of some weird word like ultra. If she would have told us to turn around so she could talk to us so she could explain to me specifically why she wanted to put her to sleep. It would have been better for me. Would have been better for her and I wouldn't be writing this bad review. I don't blame her. I blame Michelle. It's my fault I took green to Lee's veterinarian so therefore it is my fault. Well finally we was taken to a room and was told the vet was just finishing up with another patient and we were next. We waited in there another 1/2 hr. Finally my daughter came into the vet's and told them we had to go she had to take her son to the doctor. Low and behold the vet came to us to see Bella. We told her we had to leave. At first only one was sick then the other smaller puppy. We had a water leak inside the wall and had rat poison in there as well. We had originally thought the rat poison had gotten in the water which had run out on the floor and they were licking it . One got well but as she was getting well the boy passed away. At the same time our 2 older puppies were getting sick as well. We are on a fixed income and had some provable hardships very recently. So we were looking to get help at this point because the older puppies hadn't gotten into the water. I called them and explained my situation and that I didn't have much money. They told me to head that way and they would help. Once services were rendered they demanded I pay at least $191 for services (no MEDS) or else they would call the police on me. I said well I wanted to set up payments , that I only had $80. I didn't have anywhere else to get money and that was all I had. So she had told me to let her go speak to the doctors. she didn't even come back in there until the nice lpoliceman they called arrived. Praise be to God he paid the remaining amount of what I owed so I could take my puppies home with meds mind you. My one puppy is now well but I'm not so sure they didn't either drop or mistreat my other one as they asked me to wait outside while they took my puppies back in to place water underneath their skin for hydration and kept him in there for a very long time as compared to the 10 or 15 minutes the other one was in and out. My male puppy isn't much better still shaking since we left there still not active and not eating.bi have contacted a attorney .
