Due to health issues I asked my son to pick him up and they were charging us $195 after adding on over $100 in extras that were not requested. What is the point of the app if you plan to do whatever you want and charge arbitrarily for services not only not requested but not even listed! Then they were less than professional when questioned. The hardest part was actually getting echo in the bathtub! There are harnesses attached to a rail so he couldn't move very much. Staff offered a furminator brush to use before to help get hair off of Echo before we started his bath. Shampoo/conditioner were provided, along with brushes, towels, and other tools. After his bath, Echo was given a treat since he was so well behaved. I'm sure we'll be back when he's ready for another bath and we have time to give him one! Haha!
