I don't usually do reviews. However the service I received today at Arab Veterinary Hospital was above and beyond!!! I took my cat to get spayed and a rabbi shot. When I drove up it was a very pleasant atmosphere! It looks like a very sweet country home. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly woman who checked me in. She showed me to a room where another lady went over what was being done today! It took only about 5 minutes to check my cat in. When I picked her up which was about 12:30. I was again greeted by the same lady. Again very pleasant. She showed me to the same room as this morning and said doctor would be in shortly. As I sat waiting for the doctor they had some excellent music playing. The rooms and area of the building was amazingly clean. Doctor came in and was very nice. It seems that my cat has an ulcer in her mouth. He showed me a picture on the screen. What was very impressive was that he went over everything with me. He let me know that we could try a few things first ( that wouldn't cost me anything)... and if that didn't work there was other options to try. He was a very pleasant man!!! My spirit totally agreed with his!! I will definitely recommend them to everyone!! OH BUY THE WAY DID I MENTION: I wasn't able to afford the surgery do you my limited income and thanks to God's felines and yes, Arab Veterinarian Hospital I only had to pay $50. read more

Not a good place at all to carry your pets people...They tend to misdiagnose animals and treat them for something they dont even have. Then turn around and sue the grieving owners after their pet has died for their misdiagnosed care! Like ARE YOU KIDDING ME????!! read more

FANTASTIC! The entire faculty and facilities are an A+! I went in, not knowing what to expect & the first thing I noticed was that it had 0 smell factor from animals & it was incredibly clean. My Jack Russell pup had several uncommon issues during winter months that each experienced vet consulted with us on. First, they provided us with the truth of what we were facing; secondly, the best and worst case scenario's for care; thirdly, the proposed solution for the time, and lastly, the 100% compassionate care for my dog. Additionally, thanks to Dr. Brown's suggestion, when I had my dog spayed at 6 months, we chose to have adipose tissue removed (simultaneously) and send vials off for stem cell regenerative therapy (see more at http://medivetbiologics.com/about-us/ ) over the course of her lifetime. Furthermore, during inclement weather (i.e. tornadoes), Dr. Brown has the only insured storm shelter open to people and their pets (customers or not) during severe storms. We have had rescues for over 14 years now and moved all over the US. This is by far the best place we have ever taken our pets. They have such compassion and are extremely knowledgeable. I truly believe they added extra time with us for our senior dogs. Never rushed and always ready to explain everything being done. Text messages during procedures. The veterinarians and staff here are the absolute best! They love animals, put up with humans well, and take pride in their work. Dr. Brown went above and beyond when I was an unknown client. He stayed overnight, and practically all weekend, with my dog after a horrible accident. The team there literally saved her life. Everyone that worked to care for her fell in love with her, and made a point to tell me so. Since then both of my cats are patients there as well, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I board my cats with them when we go out of town, and they are spoiled rotten. The vet techs and assistants there all go on and on about my cuddly Mainecoon boy anytime they see me now. The staff even go so far as to follow up with you by phone after your pets have a procedure; just routine shots will get a call the next day. The very busy receptionist makes a point to check their Facebook page regularly as well, so you can't tell me they aren't THE ABSOLUTE BEST. read more

All of the staff are kind and knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Brown and all the vets are always willing to take the time to answer questions. We were able to speak to both of them and ask them questions about our dog and hear their thoughts. They took their time to thouroughly explain their practice and answer to the best of their ability. Words can't describe how wonderful this veterinarian team is!! I took both of my dogs to my usual vet and while there they caught something and after returning home they fell very ill. I called them the next day but they were closing and wouldn't be able to see me dogs until after the weekend. I literally felt so alone and hopeless. I heard great things about this place and they have someone in office 24/7 so I called them. Without hesitation they told me I could bring my dogs to them immediately! Dr.Brown and his team saved my dogs! They are so loving and professional! They honestly treated us like family!! Dr.Brown and his team are a blessing to me and my family!! Dr.Brown became my primary veterinarian from then on and I would recommend him and his staff to anyone in this world! read more

I absolutely adore this veterinarian hospital. I have always had nothing but wonderful experience with my animals. They have a wonderful and amazing staff. They really treat you and your pets as if you were their own family. They are very companionate and caring. They also do everything in a very timely manor and will even work with you when it comes to dropping your animal off which is perfect. On top of everything they call to do a check up just to see how your pets are doing. Even if it is something as simple as a shot. They don't wait for you to call when something is wrong. The genuinely care about you and your animals. It cant get any better than this. read more

Terrible vet! Dr. Brown is rude, unprofessional, and all around terrible business. I would not recommend him to my worse enemy! I feel bad for the animals that go to see him. I can only imagine how he treats his female employees. A call to the BBB is in order. I have NEVER had a vet treat me so horribly. Had 3 kittens in there before asked for them to be checked out. He did not check for earmites, so I had to fight an earmite infestation because of his negligence. Today I brought a cat and 2 kittens in to be checked out, he made me feel like I was an idiot for wanting to watch the process. I was lectured for wanting to be involved. By "involved" I meant be present in the room with my animals. I was asked with a lot of attitude "what do you trust me that little?" It wasn't at the time that I didn't trust him, however he had already been extremely rude and these are my animals. Normal vets allow you to be in the room with their pets. I decided at this point that I was going to go to another vet. I asked him if he was planning on charging me for a blood test he did not do... his response was "let me show you the door". So my question was unanswered. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS VET!!! I CAN NOT STRESS THIS TO YOU ENOUGH!!!! read more

A bit pricey but very thorough. I have taken my dog there since adopting him and they treat him very well. So much so, he actually enjoys going. They did a good job with his drain tubes and he didn't seem uncomfortable at all. Dr. Brown is very personable and patiently answered all questions.
