She is sweet, well mannered, funny, playful, and intuitive. She's great with other dogs and with children. Scott has a well thought out program for the puppies to get them trained and socialized when they are introduced to their new family. The moms are his personal dogs that he loves very much so they and their puppies are extremely well cared for. He has a large dedicated area for the puppies to be able to spend time with their moms, sleep, nurse, and play. Izzy came to us already housebroken, crate trained, and able to do several tricks. We love her so much that we decided to get another puppy from HSHD! We were so excited to find out that we were getting genetic sibling of Izzy's! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an emotional support dog, a fun, sweet playmate for a child, or a wonderful companion for someone of any age.

I rescheduled and when I showed up and called to let her know I had arrived she told me she had her hands full cleaning up after a sick dog and was waiting on an owner to pick up their dogs. I sat in the driveway for 40 mins and finally left. I gave her one more opportunity to make things right and was let down again the next time with the same story: waiting on an owner to pick up their dog. I walked my pup for about 30 minutes to stretch her legs while waiting and this "owner" never showed. I'm really disappointed my senior lab couldn't get a nice service after 3 tries. Definitely would not recommend this groomer.
