We were wrong, Snazzy checked all the boxes. Our little doxie, Willie Mays, lost his buddy of eleven years just before the move. Willie was one stressed out doxie and could not be left alone. We put our faith in Snazzy to groom the little guy with love and care. Willie walked out of the grooming area with his coat shiny and his tail wagging, we could not ask for more from a groomer. I have a wire-y haired mutt and a standard poodle, both always leave looking so amazing and with cuts that suit them! I always hand them over to Savanna and tell her to do whatever she sees fit -- she always knows what will look best and my dogs always come away feeling as great as they look. We had boarding reservations for a week starting this past Saturday and going till next Sunday. I called and confirmed last Monday to make sure there was no problem. Everything seemed fine at the time. I took my dogs to them Saturday morning to drop them off, and there was a sign on the door saying they were short staffed and would be closed. I had not received a call or any kind of notification whatsoever and was supposed to be leaving town for our vacation. I understand that things happen but they have my name and number and knew that I had a boarding reservation and they should have called and let us know something was going on so we could make other arrangements. They left us in a huge bind and that is not good business. I will not be bringing my dogs back here!

The owner sent us photos during our trip. When I arrived for pick up, our dog was playing in the large, fenced-in yard, while the owner was watching her. Our dog looked (and smelled) great after her bath. I am particular about who takes care of our pets and I would feel comfortable leaving our dog at Moe's anytime we need to go out of town.
