The voicemail message left instructions to call them back. Since their customers time is as important as their time I left a message that said I didn't want to call them back. The rest of my message was that I hadn't received a notice for my pets rabies vaccination & needed to know why and when they were due the shot. I left my pets names & my name & a phone number. Friday I called back and ask for the office manager. I was told I was speaking to her (Katie). I ask why I left a message on Wednesday & no one called me back. Katie said she wasn't displaying any messages but what did I need. This meant someone had erased the message because they didn't want to call back. I stated that was unacceptable and I would just go to another vet. Katie replied OK. Apparently they do not want the business and your calls to them are a nuisance. I will find a vet that doesn't think it's an inconvenience to return a call and one that will respect their customers & their time. The only reason there's one star is because Yelp won't allow you to post a review without at least one star highlighted. What does it say about the facility when the only two comments left are derogatory?

Even though cats are good at masking pain, he was completely fine. Mentally I know him cuz I raised him from 3 weeks when his mother admitted him. They killed him. I mean they asked on the phone but I didn't know what all from it. I'd never brought an animal. Went to the back before and had him put to sleep. So how was I still so they didn't say it and straight out plain English put to sleep instead of some weird word like ultra. If she would have told us to turn around so she could talk to us so she could explain to me specifically why she wanted to put her to sleep. It would have been better for me. Would have been better for her and I wouldn't be writing this bad review. I don't blame her. I blame Michelle. It's my fault I took green to Lee's veterinarian so therefore it is my fault. I understand. I've read everything there is to read about the damage that could have been. There might not have been a possible way saver's life but I shouldn't have had to read it. They do a phenomenal job at keeping pets safe while also allowing them to interact with each other during playtime and the Brammer's give lots of love and attention to their furry clients. I never worry that my dogs are left in a small kennel the whole time they are there. My dogs get excited when we get there and are happily playing when we pick them up. The Brammer's are also great to send updates and pictures of our fur babies while they are there. We highly recommend them!

Dr. True saved the life of my beloved 13 year old Siamese mix Jake. He was misdiagnosed by the…read morefirst veterinarian we took him to in Baton Rouge so I packed him in the car for the 500 mile drive to Alabama. Dr. True was waiting for him even though it was 2 hours after closing time. She spent 2 hours with us and told me he was in bad shape and wasn't sure she could save him. However, a week later after surgery I picked him up and he is home and doing great. I am sure he would have died without her intervention and surgical skills.
