Dr. Greenbaum and his crew were amazing with our diva, even with her being a bit sassy. He and his techs explained the diagnosis to us, confirmed that it was indeed cancer, and offered us so much more information and how to continue with her treatment. The compassion and effort in just that couple of visits have convinced us to continue on with her care there, even though we are driving from North Huntsville to Decatur for her treatment. Thanks Dr. Greenbaum and staff for all that you do for every ones fur babies. Y'all are well worth making that drive when we have to take our girls in. We appreciate you greatly!

Recently we took our fur Kat in because he wasn't eating and had wound on his jaw. Well after Dr. Osborne did surgery on jaw and neutering, rabies shot he thought it best to stay overnight .We took home next day and he died. I don't think he checked our fur baby before he allowed him to go home or else he would have heard the strange sounds we heard which were cries of pain ,needing more antibiotics/pain meds. I believe the overnight caretakers need to be aware if fur animals had surgeries and need to watched more often during overnight stays,and Dr.needs to check each fur baby before oking a check out. For the most part Dr.Osborne is a GOD sent for his talent in helping and curing ALL FUR ANNIMALS.

My husband had to go try to recoup the 500$ that the neutering ballooned into. I asked for neutering, an x ray of his lower back and nails trimmed. I had to agree to vaccines for him to be neutered. $500 later he passes away 5 hours later. Will never be returning and now I don't want to even take any of my other dogs to the vet. Be more careful with these animals!!!!!!!

I called my vets emergency number and they told me they could refer me to emergency services in Decatur or Huntsville. I said Decatur because it was closer. I called them immediately, told them what was going on and asked if they could try to make her throw them yup. They said yes, so off we went. We got there close to 2 am. Everyone from the front end staff to the vet were great. Very caring, explained everything well, and gave me options along with estimated costs for each so I could make informed decisions. They got her to vomit, but not much came up and they could still see a lot of debris in her stomach. They suggested keeping her overnight and trying to flush everything through. They said if that did not work, surgery would be the next option. They called me Sunday morning and said the debris had not moved and felt surgery was needed so I gave the okay. Surgery went well and she is back to being my happy and healthy girl. I am very thankful they were there when my other vet was closed and saved my girl.

I was quoted $124.00. She had his name, looked up his records etc. I confirmed $124.00. My husband just got back and they charged us a whopping $337.30. Flippin' ridiculous. Some BS about needing a different blood test because of his age, he just turned 6, to the tune of $172.50, more than the initial quote I was given. Needless to say we won't be back. We WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. I have talked to the dr and no refund will be issued for the absurd blood test that they deem important for the pets health. I'm the owner of said pet, I should determine what is of importance. They told my husband they would only issue one month of drugs without this blood test. Scam to get your money in my opinion.

I was told that the plan was not transferable and my puppy was compared to a new car. I was told that it would cost an additional $170 to cancel the plan on top of the $104 I paid the day I signed up. I was told that it's like if you buy a new car and leave a wreck it, then you still have to pay for it. I'm not sure about other dog lovers but I do not feel like this is at all like a new car, this is a life and family member! I would never use this place again because of their lack of sympathy and care for their customers. It's obviously all about the money to them and not the families!
