Food is cheap and extremely good. However, the staff are the rudest people you'll ever come across in the food industry.

There's something mesmerising about a rack of flattened chicken rotating over glowing coals to the…read moreroar of a hair dryer. And Oricco's is all the better for it. I only popped in for a quick snack - falafel, chips and garlic sauce - somewhat astounding the patriarch of the joint with my small order; "ONLY one falafel and chips??" Probably not something they're used to given the many large platters I saw being carried out whilst I ate. But despite my odd order, these guys went above and beyond plating it up with a small pile of salad, pickles and tahini sauce. These guys knew what I needed even before I did; the perfect palate cleanser after that delicious fattiness! The falafel was little disappointing; a bit dry and sadly not reheated but the chips were freshly fried in that perfect, chicken shop style - a mixture of soft and crispy with a sprinkling of chicken salt. The garlic sauce? Thick, creamy, and enough garlic to make sure everyone in a 5km radius will smell you coming. I smelt like garlic and smoke the rest of the day, and boy was everyone jealous!

Their hot chips are totally yummy and I think I could happily eat that as a meal in itself if it didn't horrify most of my friends that I don't touch the chicken... Their garlic sauce is creamy and delish. You'll be sweating it out for days, I promise. They have a range of salads available inside as well as other Lebanese dishes from Kibbe to falafel. Seating is available inside and outside, usually this place can get pretty busy so when I was living around the corner I'd call up and order and then walk up 10 minutes later to pick up.

This McDonalds has now got "create your taste" so we succumbed. Five of us got the ordinary meals…read moreand one got the special. The special arrived a little after the rest but not too much after. It certainly is a messy burger to eat but you do get a mini towel in a packet. Whilst quite a few seem to go for the experience I am still not convinced. You can always get your fast food and duck over to the park and eat it. With all this extra activity it is also very difficult to get service too. There was a mistake with the over the counter order and the loos needed cleaning and paper but the girls behind the counter stand with their backs to the customers....just not interested

The Chipotle burger is one of the set burgers. Tortilla chips in a burger is actually a pretty good idea. The crunch is very welcome to what might be a mushy affair. The traditional bakery bun is also pretty good. It wasn't as tough as it looked and did bring another dimension to the burger. Macca's efforts to compete in a more gourmet style market are to be commended. It is actually a good idea and the execution is effective. The only negative is the patty, they are still using cardboard-like and dry patties. Other than that, the flavours are what you make of it to be. It's sad, my burger would have been perfect with a nice fresh juicy patty! @thesydneynoob

Good yum cha but unremarkable This is a pretty good spot for…read moreyum cha. We came here for lunch on a weekday. It was quiet and the staff were friendly and attentive. The dishes we ordered were good but we thought that the dumpling skins were a little bit glutinous, which makes the yum cha a bit stodgy and heavy! The egg tarts were quite right either - the filling was good but the pastry seemed undercooked and oily. Apr 28, 2016 We stopped here for yum cha with friends on the way from the airport to the CBD because this was the highest rated yum cha restaurant in Sydney. It was lunch time on a Saturday and the queue stretched out of the door and down the street. Luckily we had made a booking so we were able to go straight in as soon as a table became available. The restaurant is quite small so there is no room for the dumplings to be wheeled around on trolleys - instead the wait staff bring them around on trays. The food was good but not outstanding, the service was good and the prices were very reasonable.

Hung Cheung as with most Yum Cha might require a bit of a wait as it's teeming with business however it's worth it and at almost half the price of the other Yum Cha restaurants and the efficiency of service is a force to be reckoned with. Squeak.....Squeak...... Squeak that's the white noise in Heung Cheung as all the trolleys roll past. Paper lanterns hang from bright pink walls all the garish of cheap bling. We wait like animals crouching for prey and then we hit. Prawn dumplings, Yeow Chee, Sumei, Chinese broccoli, pork dumplings and custard tarts for the finale. Feel lucky to be part of a city that has so much diversity in cuisine. Verdict: For two people 8 dishes were $37.50, fantastic service and wonderful food.
