To my surprise, they had a technician out by early afternoon. Franklin was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed capacitor, had the replacement part with him, and got my AC back up and running in no time. I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and efficiency. It's refreshing to find a company that responds quickly and provides quality service without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Thank you, Warren's Heating & Air Conditioning, and a special thank you to Franklin for making a stressful situation so easy. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

Villara installed the HVAC system in my new-build home, and I've had issues since move-in. In the…read morethree years I've lived here, the AC has broken down every single year--each time for a different issue, so nothing is covered under prior repairs. For a relatively new system, this is unacceptable. Their pricing is also 30-40% higher than other local HVAC companies, and they won't provide estimates upfront--you have to pay a $99 diagnostic fee first. I also attempted to provide feedback but was routed to an AI bot and never received a callback. While the technician was solid, the overall experience has been disappointing. Continuing to use Villara because my builder chose them hasn't paid off. I'll be switching to a more reliable and responsive HVAC provider going forward.

Review # 863 Posted on 3.2.25…read more I made an appointment with Villara after a promotion phone call with a really good offer for our heater to get serviced. Aurelio was the tech who came by last Wednesday the 26th for our appointment. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable on how to run our heater, and gave me good advice on how to run the dual zone system to be more efficient for us. We had to change one part and the price for everything seemed reasonable, and the repair for sure helped our system run smoother the last few days.

Our Furnace went out the two days before Thanksgiving. Called Bret who had rebuild our AC two years…read moreago. He had his top tech Sean at our house the next day. Told him we were good for the night. He quickly determine the problem was the gas control valve and it's sensor's! But due to the age of our furnace of 35 plus years and it was a no longer offered 65% efficiency furnace style that they no longer make. They could replace the part for about $1200. But due to the age we would be throwing good money down a deep hole. With it's age something else would go soon. They offered a 85% or 95% Efficiency furnaces for $$$$. WOW! Call two other HVAC companies for a second and third opinions. They both had the same diagnosis and recommendations for getting a new furnace! Got bids from all three. BRET TURNER Beat the other 2 by over a $1000 on either the 85% or 95%. We went with the 95% furance. Bret's price beat the price of of the competitors by over $1000. Infact the price we paid for the 95% furance was less then the 85% one from the closest competitor price. Very happy with the work they did! Cleaned up as they worked and the end of the day eveyday. Thought it might take four or five days. They were done in three days

8/3/20 Brent Turner heating and cooling Services was…read morereferred to us by a friend who had a great experience with him.He sent one of his guys out to evaluate our system in our home, his worker by the name of Sean was great! After Sean expected the unit and called his boss Bret to explain the issue.Bret ensured us that we will be taken care of within a week and that we needed to replacement part that had went out in the unit, and the company didn't carry the part, that it would take 3 to 5 business days to come in so we said ok we'll wait patiently even with the 105 degree heat. Because we were pleased how timely his team specifically Sean responded to our call. All of a sudden mentally something went terribly wrong with Bret. The weekend had passed, and it was time for Brent and his worker to come back out and repair the unit proximally 1 week.remember we're still suffering and 105 degree heat with no AC working. He instanly mentally snapped and went off on my husband over the telephone,I thought how scary? (Mental illness is so real folks, get help if you need it, please!!) He exclaims to my husband that he have never had this issue with a customer and we were the only customer with this particular issue which I find to be a complete lie and a very interesting comment!!!! And so what if you didn't,Figure it out Bret your suppose to be a licensed professional contractor, what a complete waste of our time. Bret continued to rant histerically, my husband said he sounded drunk and was really agitated, not to mention this was at 8:00a.m. in the morning on 8/3/20 Monday morning! Who starts a day off as a professional business owner with a California Contractors license offering a service for people with such a nasty, unprofessional, angry attitude so early in the a.m. morning hour?We were shocked and so dissatisfied!!!!!! We felt violated!!!! He yells at my husband how he could not find our address, not to mention doesn't most people have navigation today? and we gave him the exact address and city where we lived, which his office is only about 10 minutes away from where we live. Sham on you Bret! You should not drink on the job, totally Unprofessional!!!!! My husband said he have never experienced anything like this from a business before in his entire 49 years of living,He snapped on a customer All because he failed to do the job professionally. Bret told my husband that he was not fixing our air conditioner that we were going to have to be in the heat. What a unprofessional lunatic I thought,I wouldn't want a weirdo like this in my home anyway. He then hung up the phone in my husband's face!!! Disoriented and drunk my husband said he was, because who or what professional business owner act in this manner?!!!! People please do your research on this guy before you allow him and his team to come inside your home he cannot be trusted he is total unethical and totally unprofessional.I don't care about the 4.9 star rating he have on this review site. I look at customer service and professional ethics. I will be reporting him to the California Contractors License Board,We are totally disatisfied and are still without cool air in our home along with our 3 children, and now we have to find another licensed contractor after waiting for Bret to complete an incomplete job. I took the time to write this review because I was totally shocked when my husband explain to me what he had experience from this Bret guy who is supposed to be a professional licensed contractor with a 4.9 review hmmmm. I just want you all to do your research, don't just look at the stars. Always make sure you look for someone who have great customer service and do a background check too if you must with the BBB and State License Board.... I will give this rating a zero if there was a zero rating. Sad drunken, nutcase from Hell. Nyesha,on behalf of my husband
