I took those tests referred to by the previous reviewer and found some very import health information that I'm able to address now that I'm aware. It's easy to focus on credentials but to what end? It's my observation that my internal medicine doc of 16 years is too much of a box checker without the important nuance that you'll get with Jeff and his team.

I've found the whole BioLounge team to be thorough, caring and honest, while vetting the options and following through. They don't bill your insurance for your visits, but they don't stop you from getting your labs or prescriptions at your preferred locations so your insurance can pay for covered charges. Their best recommendations might not be covered and that's something to consider. One might have to be proactive and come prepared to discuss, but our best health requires our education, engagement, and ultimately, choice. I respect this business model since it allows more patient-provider shared decision making, even if it costs more than going to an in-network provider. Thank you Dr. Jackie, Jeff and team.

I have been experiencing chronic illness since about 2017. I had really high hopes for this clinic…read moreto facilitate a program that would help me through this. Unfortunately, I perhaps wasn't the best candidate for the excessive twice a week "treatments" that were on my care plan. I am a 26 year old graduate student trying to gain normalcy in my health but unfortunately I felt this clinic and Dr. Blake were more interested in riddling me with debt. I have a balance of nearly $5,000 remaining and haven't been seen by these doctors for nearly a year. This clinic isn't for anyone "stabbing in the dark" trying to figure out what is wrong with them. It is for patients who have an expendable income and the financial ability to pursue these experimental services. I had written an email to the financial department in hopes it would've been passed along to Dr. Blake in regards to my remaining balance. It wasn't received as I had hoped and I was left feeling like another monthly check. Today, I received a letter from the clinic stating my remaining balance will be sent to collections. Again, I am a 26 year old student. I am financially independent and no longer live in Portland, Oregon as I am paying for my masters in California. I have a chronic illness that luckily is being treated by another health professional who has ordered the correct tests and we actually found out what was going on with me in a timely manner. Disappointed is an understatement. Merry Christmas to Dr Blake and the Portland Clinic of Holistic Health.

Dr. Kellogg said it was a 45 minute operation and I would go home the same day. I got to the hospital and got all checked in all prepared for the operation. After a few minutes Kellogg and the anesthesiologist and another Dr. walked in and Kellogg said the won't let me do the surgery because I was to big. Really are you kidding. Since then I have never heard anything from Dr. Kellogg not even a phone call. I was left helpless in tremendous pain. This man could care less what happened to me. I am in so much pain I can barely walk. A woman from his office named Jackie just blew me off she claimed she sent my case to OHSU you and marked it urgent. This of course was more BS. Nothing was sent marked urgent. I spend my days in so much pain I can barely function. I have to work to support my disabled wife. I am not sure what to do. If anyone is considering going to see this Dr. Kellogg remember he doesn't care about people. He has never picked up the phone to see if I am even alive. I have no quality of life and I have no idea how much longer I can go on. If anyone knows a Dr. that really cares about people I would really like to know who they are. This Dr. Kellogg is obviously not the kind that cares about you or your pain.

I went for my first visit at this physical therapy business and I had a phenomenal experience. The business is located inside of a local CrossFit gym and some of their equipment was used during my treatment. There is plenty of parking out front of the building and the business is just adjacent to Washington Square Mall. It seemed like the business hours were fairly flexible since I was accommodated for an appointment on a weekend, and I was pleased that my healthcare insurance was accepted for the visit. Dr. Cullen was very thorough and seemed very curious about the origin of my injury. She asked really focused questions and then did a very detailed examination. Later, she instructed me in some exercises that would help to address my issue and was very good about modifying them to make sure that they were appropriately challenging without being too uncomfortable. Highly recommended if you're looking for highly skilled PT care in a really awesome setting. I like the collaboration between the gym and the PT business, as it felt very suitable for my active lifestyle. Thank you, Dr. Cullen! I really appreciate your devoted investment in walking alongside me during my healing journey.
