Established medication protocols were not always adhered to. A nurse was asked what she was giving me, and she said, "I don't know. Someone gave these to me and said to give them to the patient in ( my room number.) " A nurse came to administer a test, and I said I wished to make a call to my family care giver and see if I should have that test, and my request was ignored. Two of my family members saw a sign in one of the offices there that read, "We are here to save your ass, not to kiss it."

Room was super cold and no blanket. Asked for one and they gave a thicker sheet. Trash cans were overflowing. Bathroom had dirty pee collection hats stacked up that needed to be cleaned. Gross and unsanitary. When she push the button for help, it took them forever to show up. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency. This place needs to get it together. They have shown up hour late, ask me for the parking pass they're gone for another hour they work approximately half hour then they take an hour break where they leave my apartment and go somewhere. I have had a caregiver show up here saying she wasn't going to do something that didn't need to be done so she didn't vacuum she didn't sleep she didn't mop she didn't disinfect she didn't do the dishes she didn't do anything but take up space. You cannot get a hold of somebody, their phone system they keep saying is messed up and they don't know why but it's been messed up for 2 years now. They have lots of excuses and make lots of promises yet nothing changes.

Then, with little notice, they called and cancelled, stating that after speaking with the higher ups, they would not actually be able to assist me as promised.
