I told Mike exactly where I wanted the holes; he made marks and showed me for my OK. One he hit and the other he missed, although not by a lot. Worse still, the holes are at an angle. The hole exits the back of my earlobe lower than where it is in front, so you can see the backings of all studs, and you can tell that the studs are at a 45 degree angle. The place is sanitary, and he is easy to talk to, but won't be going back, have to see someone else about new holes that look right.

I'm even healing great on top of it all. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Grace. Really cool shop with great staff. I highly recommend it for rookies and experienced clients. I definitely will be coming back.

Both guys were extremely welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I chose a piece off the wall to fill some blank space on my arm, and Jeff added some of his touches to it. From start to finish it was a great experience. No shortage of good conversation, definitely some good laughs in there, and when it was over I was beyond impressed by the work. Jeff and Scott are true professionals who are genuinely invested in their craft. Being new to the area, they made me feel like we had known each other for a long time, and that truly added to the experience.
